Watch your diet, a person's stress level rises when you dont get proper nutrition. This is usually the case but not always. Treat it as soon as possible before it gets any worse.

Do jogging or anything that requires your lungs to work at a pace you can handle, 30min-60min. 4-5 times a week. Eat 3 full meals with portions of meat, vegetables, and somethin small thats sweet. The sweets will keep your mood up and that means more power. If you feel burned out after exercise, drink a glass of skim milk before bed.
Those pushups/situps are great, just dont overdo it, youre not building strength here, just maintaining. You can also try adding squats.
If you ever feel weary, moody, or anything bad, dont hesitate to rest. Its a good thing to push yourself but a bad thing to lose control of your body. A very fast metabolism is useless if your mind isnt prepared for the changes in the body.
Weigh yourself once a week, preferably in the morning when you wake up. Make sure you only lose 1-2 lbs. a week. And check the mirror for changes.
Get a bottle of multivitamins and check your blood pressure regularly. Weird jumps in your weight can vary from 1-3lbs. depending on how much sodium was in the food you ate.
Always believe in yourself and arm your head with knowledge. This is just another obstacle for you.
Btw 185lbs at 5"10 must be pretty hot...

about to turn 17 in 14 days.
I'm aware of what being "emancipated" is and I understands the circumstances of it, but I'm in a stressfull situation where I really am dying to move out of my house. My parents and I do not get along & what I mean by this is we disagree on everything & are always arguying about the littlest things. Now I know what your thinking..why not try talking to them ? Or get counceling? Well trust me I've tried . I know me being my age is going to make it difficult for me to be able to find rent anywhere else but I refuse to be here any longer & I really am looking for some positive outside advice..I'm not looking to fix things between me and my parents I simply just want to move out..I've been supporting my self since the age 14 and I have a steady job . I basiclly just come home and sleep . But I can't take this anymore I'm too stressed and there not making it any easier..please help? (link)

Awesome, maybe youre just hesitating, if you think you can make good decisions at this time, go for it. But if youre just stressed and that youre desperate to escape, get your act together before deciding. Plan on it and take your time. Goodluck, and advanced happy birthday!

My sister is 18 years old. I'm 22 years old and recently moved back with my family after college.
She is ruining our lives. We live in a small apartment (It's me, her, my mom, and my brother). Everyday she creates a mess. There are clothes everywhere. She saves trash for some odd reason, which has caused a rat to come inside. I went into our closet and found rat poo everywhere because she had saved old food in there. She was supposed to go to college, but she lied about getting a scholarship there. They wanted us to pay $5,000, which we couldn't afford because we didn't know. We really want her to leave. I'm doubtful she will go to college. She steals stuff from me and my mother. I have things my friends gave me that she destroyed. She totally destroyed an expensive Chanel bag someone gave her. My grandmother passed away and left us a blanket she made, she destroyed that.
The biggest problem is she doesn't realize what she is doing wrong. She thinks she is doing nothing wrong. She gets mad and me and my mother, if we throw her trash away. She really makes everyone in out home mad. She constantly starts fights. We are perfectly happy when she is not home.
We don't know what to do. She won't leave, we can't force her to live on the street. People think she's nice, but they don't realize how much she has ruined our life. (link)

Just do your best to understand her situation. Dont force her into things because it might get worse. Maybe she's doing these things out of misery. 5000$ is alot, get her to find a job to pay for it then she will understand the value of that education.

So I gained weight from the craptastic food in my cafeteria (no wonder they call it the freshmen 15). I think I gained about 5lbs, which I hope isn't from the food because I just started exercising again + doing weights. It's kind of a slap to the face after losing 15 lbs. (I'm 135lbs right now)
I don't know how to balance my food out, since the food at the 'deli' area is so fattening and the only other foods include crackers+tuna dip, cereal and salad. There is no normal meat that isn't deep fried or coated in sketchy gravy. Would the only alternative for me be eating salad and crackers for the rest of university? ): I don't know how I'm going to lose another 15-20lbs by the end of university. Most of all, I want to fit into a size 2-4, instead of 6.
Other than that, I'm so far planning to exercise at least 3-4 days a week, for about an hour or so. On some days it'll be more than an hour for weights (45-60 minutes of cardio, 15-30 minutes or so of weights). (link)

haha freshmen 15? u can always cut a bit of sick stuff from your meal.... like leave it unfinished but keep it balanced. 5lbs isnt much.. if youre exercising try changing your routine, after losing 15lbs your body mustve adapted to the same exercise so switch it a bit and that 5lbs will be gone. Heck i think most of that is probably just water from the yummy sodium packed junk at the canteen. Just remember if you dont sweat that means its lamexercise.
If that doesnt work, go get a lunchbox, cook your own food... and also put cute widdle butterfly stickers heeeee heee. And write your name infront of it too... ahhh and add a day to your week's routine 5 days a week with 2 days rest and you can eat the cafeteria junk and still lose weight, you can do it only if you havent starved your muscles so dont shy on fat carbs and protein. Catabolism will kill your long term goal.
