ok i broke up w/ this girl and i really wish i hadnt and we still like each other-alot-but she made a vow not to go back out w/ me even though she still likes me or anyone until next year, but she may forget the feeling so should i ask her out or keep going on? i rate VERY HIGH!

as a girl, i think you should ask her back out because if she does begin to like someone else next year you will probably be upset.
so take a risk and ask her out. she might say yes but she might say no but in the end you'll be glad you asked her and if you dont ask her you might regret it later
so what im trying to sayy is ASK HER OUT AGAIN ! lol =]

well get a good straightner ..
i have a CHI straightner and it works SO good and my hair doesnt curl back up
but it was about $100 ..
you can also try some "straight and smooth" gel

A new friend of mine (been my friend for about 3 months) who I've had a crush on for a bit IMed me the other day. He told me wanted me to fill something out. He sent me one of those "would you do this with me? how do you feel about me? etc" surveys that I'm sure we've all seen. I laughed and tried to dodge filling it out. Then he finally said "Listen, I'll fill it out at the same time and we can send it on the count of three." So we did. Both of results were pretty much the same... we like each other as way more than a friend.
Things got ackward. He told me he was seriously blushing to break the silence... we both tried to change the subject and talk for a while, but I guess we both felt weird. Out of nowhere, he shifts the conversation to "I wanted to stay single for a while, so I'm mad because I have a new girlfriend." and I'm like "WHAT?!" and he told me about his new girlfriend, but didn't explain why after he asked someone out THAT DAY he would tell me he likes me THAT NIGHT. I can't figure this out. I'd understand if we were friends for a while, but we haven't been friends that long and we're not that close. I'm sad and don't know what to do. Why would he do this? Can anyone make any sense of him? (link)

okay i think i can help you =]
a few things..
1. are you positive that he has a girlfriend? because just remember .. BOYS LIE. ! haha! he might just be saying that to see how you feel about it or to make you jealous which will make you like him more.
2. BOYS WILL BE BOYS. and sometimes you can never figure out the motive of their actions. they are so confusing sometimes. but i think its sooo cute how you guys filled out the survey together and had almost the same answerss! thats adorable ! =]
3. he still likes you. but he has a girlfriend..? SO WHAT? boys are just like that. they can have a million girlfriends but still like someone else. maybe he's too shy to make the first move. ask him.. b like "ok do you still like me? i just assumed that you liked me but now i hear you have a girlfriend..? boy just tell me straight up ! " haha well you dont have to say it exactly like that haha i was trying to make it funny so you would laugh and not feel so bad =]

Ok well see I am a 13/f and my dad like hits me all the time with like eather a wooden stick or his hands or whatever he has in reach and it usually leaves bruises.....and like he always tells me when he does it that I could never call the police and get him in trouble because he will just say that it's his way of "punishing me". And like I always ask him why doesnt he just ground me or something else and he always says that he thinks this will work better.....but I really don't think it does. What should I doo?? Is this considered abuse or not??

well im only 1 year older than you so im not that smart.. but like i think its abuse in a way. you dad should NOT be hitting you in any way! thats just wrong.. maybe see your school consulor and talk to her or someone else who u can trust and count on ! but try to find something to stop your dad from doing this !! =)
and just know that even if you dont think your dad is a good person.. you have many other people out there who love you
