So about 8 months ago, me and this guy started talking. We didn't talk in school, we only texted (just friends).
Later we got into this HUGE fight and I told him I didn't want to be his friend anymore only because I was mad, not because I meant it.
Anyway, he got mad at me and didn't talk to me. Then when I finally got him to talk to me again he said he doesn't think he should be friends with a person who doesn't want to be friends with him (even though I told him I didn't mean it).
We don't talk anymore and it's really awkward at school. But my problem is that we're not friends and I don't exactly know why. It's not because of that one thing that I said.
He told me there are a few more reasons. And I can't live with an unresolved conflict. Like I need to figure out what I did wrong or end the friendship. It just kinda got cut off.
This happened maybe about 8 months ago? Would it be weird if I bring it up to him again?
I have dreams about him over and over, and in the dream I'm scared to talk to him.

I think he took what you said way too seriously, but you should not have said that in the first place. But anyway, if he isn't making an effort to at least be friends again then how could you consider someone like that as a friend? He probably isn't worrying about your friendship as much as you are. But if you really want to be his friend again try to give him a little bit more time to think about your situation and approach him or you could let him approach you if he cares enough.

I lost my best friend, she is insanely mad at me, and the whole thing is over. Like, the thing passed and there is no reason to be mad at me anymore, how do I get over it, because these days have been very depressing. How? (link)

If she's still mad at you and there's ABSOLUTELY NO reason to be mad at you. Then, she's not worth being your friend. True friends always stay by your side no matter what the issue is. When I was in the 5th grade I made up an excuse that I was mad with my bestfriend so we wouldn't be friends anymore. Maybe that's what she's doing? But remember, a true friend does not get angry at you easily and doesn't make up lame excuses to avoid you.

I'm in 7th grade and I have a D in math. I try really hard, and turn all my homework in on time. I don't normally study, but even when I do I still get less than 50% right on my test. My mom puts a lot of pressure on me for failing. Don't tell me to talk to her about it, because I won't. Also don't give me crap saying "we'll quit being stupid then" or "get a tutor" and "just talk to her about it brat" because I already have cutting issues. But I need help (link)

You could try to watch videos on youtube trying to explain your lesson? Well, if that still doesn't work, borrow books from the school library or the public library and show your mother that you know how to study (and study while doing this act) so she will possibly stop pressuring you about your studies. This way, you can have time to reflect and try to get high grades. when I was younger I got a C+ and my mom was like "Doesn't mean it has a plus, it's good enough to show me." But then I started studying and showed her I could be mature and study and get high grades she thought I was not that bad. My grades improved from C+ to B+ and somtimes A- :/ but anyways, good luck!

Well, most guys show it most guys don't. But tell you what most guys who show it may or may not just be playing with you, so watch out for that. Anyways, let's go back to the topic. You can find out if a guy likes you if he gives you a few signs, be careful for mixed signs. Here are some of the signs they might give away:
1.They stare at you but if they're shy they look away as fast as they could.
2.They try to do favors fo you (if you have asked them to)
3.They will be very glad to help you even if what you're trying to ask for will embarass him.
There are a lot of signs which can make you find out if they like you, you just gotta feel their vibe if they are being affectionate towards you. Good luck.
