Tell him. :)
That's the best thing you could do right now.
So worst case scenario is he doesn't like you back. So what? At least you got to tell him. The sooner the better. If you don't you'll feel trapped and if he doesn't return your feelings you'll get over him. And find another guy who loves you as much as you love him or maybe even more.
See, you should live your life to the fullest, stop doubting, stop regretting. If something good happens celebrate, if something bad happens count those as experience.

Me and my rother and his friends all have the same lunch periods.So Ill go and sit with them.But theres this one guy I think is cute and I catch him staring at me alot.
For example today when I was sitting there within five minutes Ive caught him staring at metwice.
And when ever I think about him I get this wierd feeling in my stomach and heart. (link)

The weird sensation on your stomach and heart. Means your nervous, trust me I get that a lot. It's a nice feeling isn't it? To catch him staring at you?
You're nervous because I guess you're starting to like him and you're self-conscious. I mean who wouldn't? Try talking to him, or greet him a 'Good morning' try to interact with him as much as possible.

One of my friends,same age as me likes this junior.SHe was scared to tell him,but now he knows.They chat and text alot,and she calls him her man,and he likes getting called that.She even said she's gonna ask him out.They'd be cute together.But there's one problem,she already has a boyfriend.He drops and picks her up from school.SO she talks with the guy during school.

Make your best friend choose. Let her pick between her boyfriend and he crush. But, I doubt she'd pick her boyfriend. Toying with someone's feelings is one of the most obnoxious thing a girl can do.
Tell her to make the right decision. Or else karma might bite her back the least she expects it too.

I made out with one of my best friends one weekend. We didn't talk about it the following week.
Then the next weekend we both went to a party and I ended up staying at another friend's house and drunkenly had sex for the first time. The asshole didn't even use anything.
I told my best friend straight away and he stopped talking and looking at me altogether.
I then completely killed everything by drunk texting him 'I hate you'. I then went on to apologise and called myself a 'disgusting whore', to which he replied 'stop guilt tripping me', 'I can't even look at him (the guy I did it with) the same' before he said to 'never text or call' again and to 'go to hell'.
So I deleted his number to do just as he said. About a week later I get told by a mutual friend that he wasn't mad at me, so I tried to talk to him but he always says he's busy. I've tried for about 3 weeks. It's not an excuse but I'm so shy I kinda die when someone asks me to repeat something cause I think I said it wrong. I'm thinking of just giving up altogether on any type of relationship, friendship or otherwise. Opinions? (link)

Don't give up.
At some point he is your friend right? or was but either way, I'm sure your 'friend' has his reasons. Whatever it is. Maybe his misunderstood. Just don't give up, do everything you can to reach out to him. Or maybe he likes you, I guess he's just scared to tell you.
