Hi! I am a tumber and i have been doing it for quite a while. I do have my roundoff back handspring and it did take a while, so dont get anxious if you dont learn it right away. A few tricks i did to get my back handspring
stretch your back
do back bends atleast 4 times a day
Get your back to be flexiable.
lay on the floor belly up and put your arms up and put your legs down adn reach. hold this pose for atleast 30 seconds.
Most important. Dont get nervous before you do your back handspring. Think about swinging your arms and pretending to sit in a chair beforer you go down. This should help. Maybe if it doesn't you could ask your parents to get you tumbling lessons. they always help =]

Ever since this summer I've been more concious of what I eat. I am a very active 14/f. I have lacrosse practice for 1 and 1/2 hours three days a week, I have marching band everyday for 2 hours and I run between 3 and 5 miles almost every day. I eat about 2,500 calories every day(honest). I try to balance the amount of carbs, fat, and protien I get based on the recomended servings. My parents bug me a lot about me not eating enough. I have lost my period for a few months now, but the doctor says its not a big deal, it will come back. I have a BMI of 20, so I'm not underweight. But my parents make me feel like I'm anorexic or something, I overhear them talking about me a lot. Do I have a problem? (link)

No. You do not have an eating disorder if you are intaking the right amount of calories everyday. You do get alot of excersize, which is good, but maybe you should eat a few more things during the day to help you with your excersize. You lost your period due to either your excersizing, which is alot which can break down things inside your body, or you lost it becuase you wern't ready. If you lose it for more then 6 months you need to conisder going back to the docters and checking wtih them again, or even a germacoligist. Make sure your bmi doesnt get to underwait, your intakking the right amount of calories every day and your ecxersizing daylie and you should be good. oh and about your parents, im sure there just being overprotective. I hope my advice helped!
