Q: i dated a guy for over a year. he broke up with me like a little over a month ago, i was crushed and devestated but i'm getting over it now. i saw he was in a relationship so i texted him. he ended up calling me that night saying that he met someone that he needed as a friend, to be there and to understand him and then that girl just started liking him so he went along with it. (he was depression and not many real friends) he said that the more he hangs out with he's finding out that she's annoying. he told me he also told her that he needed a month to himself. i know he has depression (his parents are going through a divorce) but i'm getting scared that he's now suicidal. he asked me how i was taking the whole 'breaking up' thing and i was i was doing really well..then he said "we like switched roles this time" (we broke up once before and i was the one who was really upset) so yeah he told me he's never told anyone these secrets. he didn't tell me, but he hinted to me and came extremely close to. i know he's suicidal, just don't know the details. i also told him that if he ever needed a shoulder, i'm always here. and he said it meant alot and stuff.
so yeah he's dating this girl that he thinks is annoying, he says she caught him on the rebound and he's suicidal. his girlfriend obviously doesn't know about it. and i'm pretty sure i'm the only one who does since he said he can't open up to anyone at his school or his home. what do i do? i want him to open up to me. i didn't try to force it out of him but i told him i'm here. and what do you think of this whole girlfriend thing? i just need your guys' opinion and any advice would be amazingg. thanks.

When it comes to personal serious feelings like this their are very few things a person can do. Telling him your their for him showed him that he isn't alone in this world and as he said it meant a lot. I know you want him to open but some people can't see the good in sharing all their thoughts to someone else, even though expressing your emotions are very important. I am very sorry to hear a guy you care deeply about has fallen into this depression and I can offer you this. Do what you think is best for him. Don't worry about how he will feel about, just listen to your heart. Maybe you should try to get him to open up to you, or maybe you should tell an adult. I am sure you know the answer more than I ever could. Do what you think is right and hope for the best. Times like these are tough but you have to think about his saftey and well being.
As for the girlfriend thing, I don't think staying with someone even though he doesn't like her is a very smart decision. It will only end in her being very hurt, unless of course he does find that he likes her more than he thought.

Q: hey there is a couple of girls in my school that dont like me.. i seriously dont know why,today i whent with my friend to get a lunch and they were just starring at me..but i didnt stare at them back..i pretended i didnt see them ...it really bothers me when people dont like me because i never done anything bad to them ,and this girl when i pass by her she stares at me,,and no i dont have the guts to go up to her and confront er about this because i know this would just start a fight and am not up for this..so can you please tell me what to do ? thannks

If you want to forget about all these girls without a confrontation than try doing just that. The main reason why girls are mean to one another is because they are jealous in one way or another. It could be pretty much anything with girls and I am sure you can relate to the horrible feelings of jealousy too. Try ignoring the girls all together. You have your friends and you have your life so don't spend time worrying about another girl who feels the need to treat you bad over a dumb reason. Just live and be happy and remember that not everyone in this world is going to like you, sometimes you just have to look past that and focus on the people to do like you.

Q: Me and this guy have been talking and hanging out and im pretty sure he likes me because he kissed me etc. But he always texts me saying "hey whats up" etc but like he talks a little bit then he just kinda doesn't say much and i have to keep the convo going.Like I will type a whole paragraph and he will say " haha oh nice : )" or something similiar and i usually just dont respond and then he will text me later and the same thing will happen.Why do guys do this?!

I think their are a couple reasons why a guy may not hold an amazing conversation when texting. Maybe he feels the need to not get into to deep of conversations. I mean let's face it, most guys like to avoid "feeling circles at all costs." Or maybe he is still in that whole, I want to impress this girl so I better just be chill stage, which I agree is pretty stupid and annoying but guys will be guys. Their is the obvious answer that he isn't all that into you, but assuming that he is open and talkative in person I believe this guy may just feel awkward still. He doesn't know much about your intrests or belifs I assume and he probably just doesn't want to mess things up with you by saying something offensive or just plan stupid.
