Hey, i am 15 and weigh 150 lbs. I'm not "fat" but i feel that way. I dont look it or anything, but i have no idea where the weight is going. I have been taking birth control for like 4 months, and that might be the reason for gaining all this weight, but i dont know how to get rid of some weight. I have tried the south beach diet, i dont eat that much.... never really have, i drink only diet drinks since forever, but i still dont know why i am gaining all this weight. It worries me a lot... Hopefully you can help.. thanks

Ever since i could remember i'v always had low self esteem. I feel weird when i'm around guys like im the uglyist person there so i always shut up and keep quiet unless someone says something to me but i make it breif.
