You should not be coming up with excuses to tell your future boyfriend(s)as to you why you can't have sex. If he really loves you and cares about you he will understand. Just tell him the truth. You are faithful to your religion and that is nothing to be ashamed of.

Basically the only reasons you would want him to use a condom is a.) to prevent any viruses/diseases and b.) because you don't wany any cum to get into your mouth. However, you can solve these problems.
A.) Have him see a doctor to see he has any viruses or diseases. If he is 100% sure he does not, then you have nothing to worry about. If he does, then my advice would be not to perform oral sex. Even with a condom on there is still a slight chance you could get the virus.
B.) This one's easy. Guys can tell when they are about to cum, so before you begin to perform oral sex on him, ask him to either tell you or just tap you when he knows he is going to cum. It is a possiblity that it may hurt the first time.. If you have ever used a tampon, it will be along the same feeling as that, just with more pleasure and excitement of course. The only bad thing that can come from this situation is getting closer to sex.
