Q: Me and my best guy friend talk all the time on AIM. Mainly every night before school. But I have 2 classes with him, and he RARELY talks to me in class. Is there a reason for this? It kind of makes me upset.

i used to do that.. in junior high.. i would talk to guys on aim and be so close and we could talk for like.. hours.. and then at school we barely talked.. i think its because its awkward.. unless you go out of your way to make it un awkward.. you just have to be like. "oh. remember when we talked about this?" and like.. yeah. just try a little bit to get him to talk to you.. it will get easier soon.

Q: So there is this guy and he is very nice and he is always saying to me, you are really cool, you are pretty, etc. So sometimes online he will ask me questions like do you think i am hot, do you think you could ever like me more as a friend and stuff like that.

So usually I say no or idk. Because I don't want to lead him on by saying yes or something else. But then I feel bad, like I am hurting his self esteem and putting him down. What should I do? What should I say when he asks me?

joke around about it... there is this sophmore at my school who isnt that cute and i have a boyfriend... but he`ll like.. look at me.. and if i look at him.. he`ll be like. wow. your so beautiful... wow. your so cute.. andrea.. will you marry me? and stuff like that.. so.. what i say.. is im like.. YEAHH i tRY!! or something. and if he asks if i think hes cute.. i like.. make it a joke.. && im like. "oh ya. brad pitt got nothin on you!" and its not leading him on either... i dont think...

Q: I wanted to send an e-mail to one of my best friends have always been there for me no matter what and that I can tell anything to and let her know how much I appreciate her. I've been best friends with her since third grade and I am now in seventh. I was going to put all of our good times in the e-mail, but I don't know what else to put. Does anyone know of something else that I can put in the e-mail?

learned that the greatest thing about high school isnt the parties or the drinking or the hook-ups..It's the friendships which means taking chances. I learned that sometimes the things we want to forget are the things which we most need to talk about. I learned that letters from friends are the most important thing, & that sending cards to your friends makes you feel better. But, basically, I just learned that my friends both OLD & NEW Are the most important people to me in the world & without them, I wouldn't be who I am today. So this is a thank you to all of my friends. For always being there & I love you.

Q: hi,14/mif it helps. well yesterday my friend accidently told me that she liked this guy that she used to go out with. the thing is, he treated her really bad, as in cheating, and makin her cry. and after that i never really liked him much, until a lesson we were made to work together. and we were kind of talking and then a couple days later(yesterday) she tells me that she likes him again. the thing is, im just so frustrated about the fact that she still likes him after how he treated her. Im really angry at her, even though i know she cant help her feeling. what do i do?

omg. thats so me and my best friend. her boyfriend like. hit her and he treats her like crap.. and at first.. i was like everyone else.. and i like. yelled at her and i was like. whhhatttss wroonngg with yooouu? you could od so much better.. blah blah.. but... then i realized that shes not changing her mind about him.. and what she needs is someone to pick up the pieces when he breaks her heart instead of yelling. so if i were you.. i would let her know you dont support it... but u do support her.. and be there for her.. and be a shoulder to cry on..
