okay i have this friend.. we will call her "jen" and this other kid we will call him "joe"... well jen tells me how much she hates joe and he is gross and annoying and blah blah...but everytime jen sees joe she all acting like they are best friends... i think she may like him but embarrased cause he isnt the greatest looking guy in the world, or maybe she is really 2 faced... im the type of person who thinks good things about everyone and i cant watch her say such horrible things then be all nice to him...i dunno if i really have a problem or if im just in a bad mood or something...do u think this is a big deal? if so what do i do?

This is a issue that could be semi resolved... when she says something about him be like, "Than why do you act so diffrent when he is around".. confront her... put her on the spot... don't do it infront if him though... maybe if you confront her she will choke and end up to say all... good luck

ok well, my friend, i really like him alot, but were like best friends, so i dont wanna mess that up. but anyway, last night i came home, and i wasnt at school yesterday. So i was online and he came on and usually i IM him first, and i was typing to him, but he IMed me first, and he was like... I MISSED YOU SO MUCH TODAY! and i was really surprised because i didnt think he would say that because i thought he was mad at me and i'd been thinking about it all day while i was away, and no matter what me and my friend were talking about his name always came out of my mouth. So anyway then we were talking and he was like, listen to this song i found today, and he made me listen to let me hold you by omarion and bowwow, and he was like, when i heard it i had to have you listen to it. And then i had to go and i was like, im gonna go, im dead tired. and he was like, go to bed, and that kinda surprised me because usually he's just like w/e bye. i know this sounds kinda gay, but does this mean anything?

The best relationships start off with friendship... you should go for it... it seems like he is starting to like you more than a friend... just go for it girl

(15/F) I have two best friends, and I'm either with one or the other. I don't have any other 'good friends' in school. Everyone is already settled with their own group of friends and I feel so alone when I'm not with my best friends. I think girls view me as a snob though, because I do have more guy friends and honestly I'm attractive. How do I get more friends and find people my age that I have stuff in common with? I don't want to come off as desperate or dorky but I do need more girl friends to hang out with.

If your soo cofident in yourself just go out and talk to people... if they don't like you tough luck... don't worry about what people say... all that matters is what you say and you...

hi... i think i am a very nice person and no one has told me other wise, i'm nice to everyone... but these two girls have been saying mean things about me and it hurts me a lot because i have just never saw it coming...now i dont know how to act around other people because im afraid other people think the same as them and i dont want people not to like me because i like everyone... what do i do?

If your nice to everyone then ur a nice person... there are some people who are messed up so they want to mess up other people's lives... if you let this bother you than they won... just let it go and be you... these girls are probably stuck up and such or just have too much spare time... show them that they are wrong... if you walk with your head up and ignore them than they will feel like crap... this girl on my track team said stuff about one of my good friends and it wasnt true... people are just asses... these girls probably didnt even say it to your face i bet... they just wanna think they are cool but in the end they are just embarrasing themselves... they are missing out... xoxoxo

My friends and I are trying to get this one boy from my classical music class to start to appreciate rock music and rap music, pop music etc. He isn't responding to most of it and is giving answers to rap music like, "You don't know what he's saying!!" Is there an easy way to introduce him to this type of music?

I use to be the type of person who only liked rapa nd rap only... but my friend got me into rock and such... just make him a mix cd and let him get into it... if he likes it than he will.... give him time... he will get it... hope i helped
