Okay I saw my friend wear this really pretty skirt. I can't ask her where she got it because she's the type that would say "NO! DON'T COPY ME! IT'S MINE! BLAH BLAH" so I see no point in asking.

but it was a light red-pink color. A bit shorter. Dark shades going to lighter shades to the bottom. I think you call it a "tiered skirt" ?
It was also a bit frayed. [That's why I want it. I like it]
Has anyone seen it? I don't go out shopping much so I don't know what store would carry that kind of style of clothing.

i hate people like that! just ask her where she got it from and if she says "OMG! YOU COPY CAT!" be like "chill the fuck out!, i just like the skirt! i want it in a different color!" even if you do want the same color. i believe it's a free country and your friend isn't the only one allowed to wear that skirt.
I just got a new bathing suit, and i got 2 tops w/ one bottom peice. One top is a tankini, and the other is a bikini (and fits loads better than the tankini), but its one of the non-slutty ones. The problem is, i'm a total chicken and don't know if i have enough guts to wear the bikini in public. I've only ever worn one peices and tankinis, so i'd feel pretty awkward. I have a pretty average body, too. i'm definitely not fat, but i don't have a perfect body, by any means. so, should i just stick to the tankini? or if i should wear the bikini, how can i overcome the insecurities? I just wanna swim, not worry.
well think about it. you'll be in the water most of the time so people won't really see your stomach. when you get out of the water, just cover your stomach with your arms.
to overcome the insecurities, you just have to wear it more. you'll get more comfortable with it & eventually not care. it happened to me, i used to hate bikinis because i'm so pale. but now i'm used to bikinis & i'm fine with it. it's not like someone's gonna say, "dude, that chick looks disgusting in that bikini!". nobody really pays attention to that.

there's this lip gloss from bath & body works that is like chapstick but it works reeaallyy good & starts working really fast. it's $7.50 though. if your willing to spend that much on lip gloss it's worth it. i cant go a day without that stuff. if you have chapped lips, put in on, it gets all tingly, and it feels cool. it makes your lips like 100% not chapped anymore. heres the link to it. i think they only sell it in the winter but you might still be able to get it. its a pretty decent size.

Alright, here is my problem, i am a 'tomboy' and i wanted to change my clothing style. I think that i would have some potential to actually look like a pretty 'preppy chick', but thats just my opinion, the thing is, i never put any time into it, and i was thinkin, maybe if i tried, i could see how it goes.
I have an issue though, i dont know what types of clothes to get, my friend suggested Hollister and i was going to take that into consideration. I just wanted to know, types of shirts, (i know the double layer is quite popular at my school), pants, skirts, shoes, everything! So, if you have any suggestions about ANYTHING being more of a girly girl without changing my personality and just my style of clothing, that would be great =). Thanks.
i agree with your friend. hollister is very popular with preppy girls. also aeropostale, american eagle, & abercrombie. try to wear more skirts & flip flops when it gets warmer out. if you don't already have one, get a hair straightener. make sure it's ceramic though. as for the clothes, just bring a "preppy" friend along when you go shopping who shops at those stores. he or she can help you pick out some cute stuff. get some stuff you like too. you're really pretty so changing into a preppy girl shouldn't be too hard for you. hope i helped & good luck to you. for the most part, i straighten my hair everyday. in the morning before i go to school it looks fine, but then by like 2nd period[which is like 9:15][i do my hair by 8] its starting to get wavy. it wont stay straight for a few hours. is there any way i can fix this? thanks in advance!
there are some creams & sprays that help straighten your hair & also protect it. it will help keep your hair straightened longer. i know of one by got 2 be & it's in an orange bottle with a pink top & it's pretty cheap. my friend has it & she says it works really well.

Ok..I'm a redhead 15/F and i really like this guy. Well he seemed to be diggen me or whatever soo one night i texted to see if he wanted to do something tom. He texted me back and said he is not attracted to redheads and that if i like him more than that than its not gonna work because he doesnt like me. I was heart broken. okay so i REALLY hate my haircut i got i used to have really long and SUPER cute hair and i got it cut off real short its up to my shoulders and i HATE it so much what are come things i can do you make it grow faster like what to hair how to put it up or daily basis thing or things to convience my mom for hair extentions
if you straighten it, it will appear longer. there are also some shampoos but they dont work very well. but just remember one thing: its hair. it will grow back.

if youre wearing a polo shirt usually a white tank.

pink with purple (unless its a light purple)
you can usually tell when something looks weird with certain colors. like dont wear lime green and orange..yuck. if you think that something looks good, then go for it.

try just some make-up, new clothes, and some new hairstyles. maybe side bangs or some layers in you hair would look pretty. stores like aeropostle, abercrombie, hollister, and american eagle are good stores. try to be more girlie. wear skirts more. but dont wear too much make-up because guys hate fake girls. and theres nothing wrong with being loud and funny. so am i =].
I was just wondering if it was bad to straighten your hair every-day? I never do that since if i washed my hair and straightened it I`d leave it like that for two days, and then wash it again. So i just wanted to know if it will damage your hair to straighten every other day or every two days. My hair is pretty straight but it's frizzy, so i just wanted to know.
yeah you arent supposed to but i do anyway =]. i have damage control shampoo and conditioner so that helps if you do. if you can, get something like heat protection spray so it doesnt fry your hair as much. all straighteners will give you split ends but just get those cut off. for your frizz, theres this stuff from garnier fructise that helps smooth down frizz. its like "smoothing milk" or something. it works pretty good..my friend has it and so do i. hope i helped =]

well me and my friends were gonna be gangsters. you dont have to buy anything really..that is if you have an older brother. you might want to buy some fake $$$ though just to spice it up. just get some boy shorts, a baggy shirt, ghetto shoes, a straight billed hat, and whatever else you think would look good. hope i helped!!

i would try side bangs, if they are long enough to do that. just part them to the side and spray them with some hairspray.

well for my school games i bought this sparkly fabric from a fabric store in my town. you can cut it into a skirt, headband, or anything really. thats what me && my friends wear to them. im not sure if you can get it everywhere but you can look around for it at fabric stores. hope i helped =]
