well .. you can go to the doctor.. n get a perscriptions to lesson the pain.. or take pain killers... n you should try those heated pad things that you put on your stomach n it lessens the pain .. dont eat salty foods.. eat healthy.. exercise.. during and around your period.. i kno about this cause i have about the same problem=O if u have any other questions ask me in my lil inbox thing ;)

hey there, ok my question is im 14 and ive been having my period for 2 years now. thing is that it is very irregular, i can get it today and not get till..october.. you know...like that.. but until im 17 thats supposed to be within the normal. anyway, for 2 weeks now, ive been drastically dirtying my panties..why is that? please explain detailed. thank you!! well.. if it really bothers you.. you can go to a doctor... and they can give you pills (( birth control)) for irregular periods.. i kno because i know people that couldnt stand no knowing when it was coming.. so they did that..:) hope that help!
