Hey this is Tessa & Maxie..were twin sisters. We go to school of the arts and were born and raised in New York City. Were sisters but the best of friends, and do everything and anything together.we were in the movie cheaper by the dozen but we are much older now. we are focusing more on modeling for a little and then we will get back to acting. Helping people and fashion our are main priorities and were here to help you! Belive us being a actress/model isnt as easy as you think but weve seem to manage and can help you. im looking to loos 10-15 pounds by mid-february. is that possible? if so, can i please have some good plans that include at least 2 options per meal? thank you

it is very possibel but is pretty hard. but if your up 2 it then it will work.. you can not eat bad at all until you loose the weight then you should try to eat healthy... but the diet is to either sign up for this thing called weighht watchers .. google it.. or u can eat salad only.. liek an apple for b-ffest...salad w/ chicken for lunch-- and for dinner salad again, it works .. i no its not much but its worth it and also make sure you exercise alot!! eleptical it!!

does eating fruit make u fat? since its just like, putting more food into your body?

there are two kinds of sugars and the sugar in fruits are compex which means the body diolves then..in return you are getting all the nutrient from the fruit and the rest comes out the other end.. dont worry about gaining weight from fruit..just eat as much as the food pyrimid says to and you will be fine

im a girl. im trying to lose 10 pounds. i was just wodering what some good foods that would help/allow me to do this are. is there anything that will make it go faster or help me out more? what foods should i stay away from and what food is good when trying to lose weight? thanks.

me and my sister are total nutrition freaks! the best key to losing the ten pounds is to do pleanty of exersice..tips for eating would be to stay away from carbs,choose foods high in protein,and tons of vegtables and some fruits. Also drinkn pleanty of water. If you though want some over the counter hunger surpresents definitly try the save formula slim fast drinks in cremy choclate you will love them and i hope our advice helped...
