She has hair extensions. Nothing is proven to make your hair grow faster. I DON'T RECOMMEND HAIR EXTENSIONS AT ALL. I'm completley against them but in beuty salons like Sally's they sell clip on extensions which are always good with mixing up your hair and can help with your long hair effect.

Haha, okay I'm 14/f and I've been a vegatarian for over a month now and I'm very, very happy. My mom finally caved in and let me be one. But my question is what are some easy foods that can fill me up but I can make easily and quickly. Any recipes or foods that I should be eating? I like lima beans...lol Thanks

I'm vegedtarian as well, over 11 years. Some of my favorites realllllly easy things are...

Quesadilla's: made with cheese and some green unions on whole wheat wraps.

Eggs: I just do egg whites (sometimes i use egg substitude) because i don't like the yolk and i like to put some green unions and small sliced tomatoes in it and maybe cheese and i eat it on top of a piece of toast.

Blueberry soy shake: You just take 4 ounzes of vanilla or plain soy milk and ice cream and put in a 1/2 cup of blueberries.

Garbanzo tacos: The recipe is pretty simple you just take some garbanzo beans, it can be out of the can but i would make sure to read the lable carefully. lettus, lard-free tortilla or just a hard taco shell, tomatoes, unions, salso, ect. (i like putting some soft tofu in them for more flavor you can do this by buying a square of organix tofu and frying it up until it's light brown)

i dont eat any pork, eggs, ham, beef jerky, ribs, steak, hot dogs, or any of that. i do eat fish tho. and usually i have a burger maybe two times a year. i also eat sandwich turkey maybe once every couple months. does it sound like im a vegetarian?

You have vegiterian tendencies, yes. However, being a vegetarian for over 11 years now i haven't eaten a single bite of meat nor anything which contains meat products (eggs, fish, pork, cow, ect.)If you have eaten a single bite of any of these, not to sound harsh, than you aren't a vegeterian.


* also...don't eat ceasar salad because they are made with anchovies, don't eat jello because it's made with cow bones/marrow.*

ok so im about 5'3" and i weigh like 137 lbs. im a little overweight and i wanna loose 15-20 lbs and i was wondering if drinking a lot of water will make me loose weight. i also do exercise and my eating habits are pretty good. if water does make you loose weight about how many glasses should i drink a day?

It doesn't necessarily make you loose weight. It can help keep you hydrated though. If it did than everyone would drink like billions of glasses a day. If anything too much water can make you gain water weight. Drink average amounts maybe like 5-8 cups a day but seriously.. don't go over it. You may gain water weight and beat yourself over it. Also try some green tea. It's full of nutrients and speeds up your metabolism.

I'm 16/f and My height is 5'3 and i'm 160.. that's a problem. What can I do to lose weight. Special plans that work. ect. Thanks

First off, don't make large goals for youself. Instad of thinking about how much you need to loose think about how much you can loose per week. Because you are heavy set loosing weight at first, if on the right plan, will come off faster however, it'll be hard after that so stay determined and head set for your goals.


A really good plan is the South Beach Diet. I know girls who were on it that lost tons of weight and it does work. It's difficult to follow and I'm not sure of the entire meal do's and don'ts but they sell the book at stores and have a website. There are two faises in the plan, the first is very strict and the second is easier.

Other plans which I think are good is Weight Watchers. It sounds weird, like only old women should use it but its amazing and really works. They have several different plans which I am not exact on aswell but they all work. They too have a website you should check out.

I don't recomend Atkins or any low carb diets.



Once you are off a diet plan or have lost your intended weight you still have to watch what you eat because it can all come back.

Ok so a lot of people tell me i am too thin. I've done those online calculators and they say i am, but you can't really trust those things because they don't take in to consideration a lot of important factors, you know. I just wanted to put some input on this because everyone is saying- oh go see a doctor which is somewhat true if you have an eating disorder.

when people see others that are extremely skinny they obviously asume they are anorexic, bulimic, on drugs, ect. those are diseases(you probably know that) and take a while to overcome and maybe seeing a therapist or your school counseler would make you feel better emotionally before changing the way you are physically but this may not be your situation.

however, if you have always been this thin then you would be going to the doctor for a different reason & they would do blood tests to find the cause, obviously i don't know what it could be.

i think that if you are thin because of something that isn't related to an eating disorder then go to the doctor right away.
