Hey yall. Im a regular 21 year old. Im laid back but of course i can be crazy at times. Just like everyone. Althought my column deals with everything. I specialize in any kind of advice. My friends are always coming up to me to ask for advice so i must be pretty good. I hope that i can help you in anyway possible!!!=]]

advice

i just feel like everything is a mess. everything is wrong, and i feel like its wrong because of me. i dont want to feel like this anymore and i dont want to push people away like i do, for no reason. what do i do..why am i like this?

hey, it depends if your in your teens then it could possibly just be hormones. but i think the main thing you can do is to go out side and some activites. do some things that make you feel happy and forget about what is going on for a while. because everything that is going wrong just cant be blamed on you. so maybe just relax and do some activities that are stimulating for the brain and some physical activities as well. just as long as these activites keep you healthy and happy. (i.e. if you like to read that might be good or maybe even yoga and meditation)

this seemed like the best column to me, sry if it's not in the right place.
i have serious trouble sleeping. for example, right now it's midnight and i am dead tired. so far i've layed down to go to sleep about 4 or 5 times. every time i do, within 15 to 30 minutes i start to feel very restless. i toss and turn, i try different positions, i sit up and lay back down, and various other things. what should i do? should i go so far as to see a doctor?

Hello, i was thinking and i came to the conclusion that you might have insomnia. if you find yourself tired but cant fall asleep then you just might have insomnia. for this you need to get exercise and eat healthy. along with that start making a reasonalble bedtime for yourself.
