Most teens around our age (im 14) dont like to tell people their crushes unless your their trusted friend. All you have to do is get close to people. When they get comfortable they'll open up. Then just let everything happen by itself. But never, under any circumstance, tell other people their secrets. That will always backfire.
And
about the girl.
Flirt with her. Make
her feel good about herself,but dont get all creepy. When the times right tell her how you feel. Thats about it.
