hey well i have a boy friend right now n i was hearing things that he n his ex gurlfriend r like still dating or somthin n some ppl r sayin they're not but i dono who to bolieve soo pleaze help me !!

i have 2 questions...
1. what is the law about dating a person over 18 if your a minor? some people say its not illegal till u have sex some say its if you touch in any sexual way even kissing
2. i am 15 and the guy i like is 18 is that soo bad....

help if you can

im in the same position .. he got charged for
statutory rape so .. yes it is illegal to have
sex if you are a minor .. oral is the same its
still concidered sex .. but kissing i believe
is fine .. but if you do get caught do not tell
them that you are together and shit .. well hope

this guy i've just met he jokes around a lot. he told me that he loved me but i think hes jsut jokin around but hes like i really do oh yeah but he don't really kno me yet. what should i do?

them only say it if your serious and if he keeps
doin it say seriously cut the shit unless your
serious .. or you can say well .. how could you
love me if you dont know me YET .. why dont we
chill sometime so you can see if you really love

So tomorrow is my boyfriend & I's one month, and I'd like to do something cute and memorable for him. We've been best friends for a couple years, and been together pretty much all summer, but our official one month is tomorrow. Neither of us can drive yet, so I'm just trying to think of something simple and sweet to do. PLEASE HELP!

for my first month with my bf .. wow that was
a long long time ago .. well my mom brought us
to the movies and i had a chain in a box for him
right after the movie was over and then he gave
me a beautiful drawing and pictures and a ring
it was great .. but what i always do is not to
forget your camera cause you have to catch those
kodak moments you know :] hope i helped you out

okay, i like this guy that goes to my school, his name is kacy.he's in 9th grade and i'm in 8th and he's so freakin hot and cute and sweet lol. but we don't have any cvlasses together except for our lunch but all of our classes are by eachother so we pass eacthother a lot in the hallways welll i liek him and i want to liek hang out with him and stuff to get to know him better but i don't know wut i shoould do.i'm not really used to just going and talking to guys, they usually come to me lol.and i know he knows i liek him and he always looks at me and i'm just not sure wut i should do, or wut to say if i do talk to him. please help me! asap!!

okay this is what i would do .. the next time
you see him lookin go up to him and be like
hey ive seen you around you seem like a cool kid
what are you doin tomorrow after school .. and
then just work on from there .. ive had a lot
of experience .. but if this doesnt work out
for you just ask me some other questions hunn,

what should i do.... today my boyfriend and i were fighting and i hit him... not to hard but he threw me down on the ground and hit me i think mabey 3 times... not hard... but enough to cut my ear open in 3 places... yea i know messed up... but ive been with him for 3 years and i love him to death and i cant leave him... thats not an option... what should i do?

i know how it is hunn .. ive had the same problems with my bf of 1 1/2 years .. but now
he is in jail for what he has done to me .. so
i suggest you suggest to him about counseling ..
we were headed towards it but never got in to it
in time .. trust me if he keeps this up he will
be just like my bf .. and thats not good ..
just 2 weeks ago he choked me right in front of
my best bud .. then they got into a fight and
then we took off with our car .. he came up
behind us and rammed into us several times ..
making us almost spin out .. he finally did it
one last time and then spun out .. he was injured
but everyone knows he should have died he wasnt
wearing a seatbelt or nothing .. he was bleeding
pretty bad .. but yeah he had to go to the
hospital but right after he recuperated he was
rushed to jail .. i just talked to him last week
but now i cant anymore .. i will be goin to court
in a week for it .. i have to be questioned and
shit .. but hey if you guys want to end up like
us .. then dont get help .. but i really do
suggest you tell him that you two should both
get counseling .. or maybe talk about it .. tell
him my story .. that it could happen to you guys
