i think i am way fat. everyone tells me i am skinny, but seirously, i am 5'3" and 112 pounds. my friends think that just cause i m going on a diet, i will be anorexic. help!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have the same problem. I have some fat wround my stomach and so sometimes when i look at it i think i'm fat. I don't eat a lot because a lot of the time i'm not hungry and all my friends say "are you turning anerexic?" well, i tried to convince myself that i was not fat so i looked up onn google average weight chart.
I found out that for my age i am way under weight, i looked up your height and weight and you are perfectly normal. You are 8 lbs under weight. Don't worry about it.
If this is about a few flabby spots around your body, start to exersize more. find the perfect exersize for you. otherwise your not fat, and diets are good for everyone. but don't go on a starvation diet. just try to cut down on the sugar because sugar turns into carbs and carbs turn into fat.

ok so i was wondering how long will it take me to get a flat stomach..im not asking for abs that show just to lose about 35 pounds and get a flat stomach. this really means alot to me, cuz since im overweight no guy ever likes me even though they can tell im fat. we r going to corpus christi with my swim team this weekend and everyone i know is going to wear a 2 peice and be all pretty, will i'll be stuck in my one piece and all the guys will go to my one friend. so please help me. thnx in advance. i'll rate high to anyone who is nice to me. Well, to lose weight fat then i would run a lot and do sit ups and stuff like that to lose inches fast. Take a 10-15 minute run everyday and start to eat better. Cut down on snacks and sugar. Sugar turns into carbs which turns into fat. So, just follow those things and you'll be set.

I have the same problem. Running and cruches make it go down. I've lost an inch and a half in a week and a half. It works, run everyday for like 10 minutes. You can do it to your favorite tune which makes it go by quicker. Then you should do 20-30 crunches in the morning afternoon and night. That's about 60-90 crunches a day and a 10-15 minute run, the inches will away quicker and you'll feel healthy. You should also drink 5-8 glasses of water each day and one salad so you keep your veggies up. It clears up your face and keeps you hidrated with all of this exersize. This rutine really works and is easy to follow if you do this for a few weeks you will be so happy with your body!

Ok so i've been eating really good i eat salad alot.I don't drink soda ..only water and gatreoade how ever u spell it. And i also walk in the morning i've been doing this for about couple weeks now.but i havn't lost weight my face is really clear now.But that the onlt thing i've noticed . What i'm i doing wrong..should i do more exerciseing ? (link)

running or walking doesn't lose the weight, if it's only around your belly then i would do 40 crunches when you wake up get home and right before bed, it loses inches quickly and gets you into shape!! I toke this advice form my friend and lost 10 lbs in two weeks. this is a really esy diet and helps you get healthy and in shape
