Is there like any connection between masturbating and sports? Like if you orgasm, would it help one's performance? (I don't know haha, by like releasing a hormone or anything like that!?) (link)
|
I randomly heard about some footballers (or soccer players, if you're from the US) in England that were known for having sex before a game to improve their technique.
Sounds a bit far-fetched to me and I don't think it's true and while I don't think masturbating can improve your performance, I think it can calm you down if you're nervous.
When you ejaculate after masturbating, it's like a weight is lifted off you. All your tension from before and during masturbation is gone and you just feel completely relaxed and de-stressed. This could probably mean it keeps your mind clear, when you're relaxed. So you're able to concentrate more.
Also, it probably releases a hormone called endorphins, which make you happy. Your performance might be better if you're in a better mood and feeling more optimistic.
But apart from that I don't think there's a direct connection between masturbating and being a better sportsman.

what motivation can i use to lose weight? i really want guys to see me as hot (link)
|
Right, you need some motivation. I think it's a bit sad that you want to lose weight for the guys and not for yourself but you should use your reason for wanting to lose weight as your motivation.
When you're working out and thinking about quitting before you should or when you're thinking about eating that last piece of cake, think about the guys you want to see you as hot.
Also, make a playlist and listen to it when you're working out. Music has a huge effect on your workout without you even realising it and it can really make you feel like not stopping. If you want a look at some of the songs I have on my playlist, feel free to leave me a message in my inbox.
Another one is using pictures of celebrities as your ''thinsperation''. I have a few pictures on my mirror and if you can, putting pictures on your fridge is a good idea too.

what burns the most calories??? (link)
|
I think my-name-is-Rain might be talking about an Elliptical machine. And she's completely right.
Ellipticals can burn a ton of calories and unlike running, they're much easier on your joints. Over time, running can really give you bad knees and ankles but elliptical trainers (or cross-trainers) can give you a workout that's just as good as running without so much impact on your joints.
I'd recommend joining the gym or investing in one for home. They're definatly worth it.
Aside from that, all cardio burns alot of calories. Cardio is anything that gets your heart pumping so it could be running, swimming, rope jumping, dancing, etc..

yes i know weight loss pills dont work unless you eat right and excerise, well I am doing that but I am not seeing the results I want. So what is the best diet pill for me to start taking? (link)
|
I know this isn't what you want to hear but I'm gonna say it anyway.
Diet pills suck. They're not going to work for everyone, they're dangerous and if they do work when you stop taking them you're just going to put weight back on.
The majority of those pills contain so much caffeine, it's insane. Some of them have the same amount of caffeine in them as 7 cups of coffee. Which is what makes them dangerous. Mood swings, heart palpitations, feeling weak...
All of these are pretty common secondary effects to diet pills ESPECIALLY in young girls who haven't finished growing yet.
If you want to lose weight, work hard and do it the right way. If I did it, you can tooo! :)

i need to lose 15 pounds before july is that possible? and if it is ill do anyyyyyyything to get it, healthy or not..preferably healthy but ill do whattttever so any ideas? (link)
|
It's possible but you're going to have to work your butt off.
For a start, I don't think you should do it the unhealthy way (ie. starving yourself) trust me I've been there and you get obsessed with it, it messes with your head and you end up worse off than you started.
First things first, cut out soda completely. Even diet ones. Stick to water, fruit juice or green tea (but natural fruit juice, no stuff that comes in cartons and has 3 tonnes of sugar added to it).
What works for most people is spreading their meals throught the day. Instead of having 3 big meals a day, split it into 5 smaller meals everyday. That way your body is never hungry and your metabolism is kept going all day.
Fruit and veg is an obvious tip and lots of it, it's good for you, it's filling and it can be used many ways.
Switch from white bread & pasta to whole-wheat. It fills you up quicker and for longer and is much healthier.
For meat, I'd cut back on red meat. No need to cut it out of your diet completely but if you eat alot of it cut back a bit and go for leaner meats (ie. chicken breast, turkey..). If you're a vegetarian (like me), forget I said that haha.
As for excersize, do lots of cardio (running, bike, elliptical, dancing, rope jumping, etc..) as it's what burns fat and possibly do some crunches too. Don't start doing loads of crunches if you have a bit of a belly because it's just gonna build muscle under fat and it's gonna be harder to shift the fat. Start with 3 reps of 10 regular crunches then 3 reps of 10 side crunches on each side (side crunches are exactly the same as regular crunches only both your legs rest to one side).
If you can, I'd join a gym. Not only can you ask for professional advice there, I find it much easier to get and stay motivated while I'm at the gym and trust me, I'm the laziest person ever.
Try working out for at least an hour a day, 5 or 6 days a week (give yourself at least one day a week to rest).
This is what I did and I went from 140lbs to 117lbs in about 4 months but I can only give you advice on what I know worked for me, which is why I recommend joining a gym and getting professional advice if you want to be 100% sure you're going to get results.
Good luck babe! :)

I go to the gym 5 times a week, i get on the eliptical for 45 mins then the stairmaster for 10 mins. What other excersises can I do to tone up my tummy area? (link)

You need to do some kind of ab workout. Crunches are your best bet.
I've been advised, by a lady that works at my gym to do 3 reps of 15 normal crunches a day followed by 3 reps of 15 side crunches on each side.
Side crunches are exactly the same only you rest your legs to one side, this works your love handles.
I'd advise starting with that 3 reps of 15 each. And as you get used to it, start upping the number you do untill you're happy.
