i'm watching my weight... when checking lables, should i go by the calories, or the calories from fat?

go by calories from fat, sodium, carbs, and sugar. you don't want too much of any of them. and you shouldn't go by just one, because sometimes there are few calories, but it's really high in everything else, and that's not healthy

Ok so i'm 5 feet six inches, and about 114lbs, am i heading on the right track? I'm not sure.....Oh yeah i'm also 13 years old. I'm gonna exercise and stuff to get a little more toned. Would it be healthy to lose about 10 lbs? I already know what to do to lose weight.

thank you for being so specific as to which diet you're going on. i'm going to assume that you mean the chocolate diet, so i suggest anything covered entirely in chocolate. or anything that has a chocolate filling, or anything composed entirely of chocolate. hope i helped!

What's a good way to tone down your hips so they don't stick out as much? I don't have a big frame, it's just my hips are a bit on the bigger side. (link)
