I am 5'1 and 140 lbs. I am really wanting to loose at least 15 lbs. before school starts back because I feel that I am a lil chubby..if anyone knows of any kind of excercises or tips so make this much easier or of a quick weight loss thing that has worked for you..let me know, please?!

I can help you out a little. The way I see is you have two options.

1. Low Card Diet.
This works especially well in the summer when you are not as active than you are during the school year. Usually it makes you tired since you don't have the carbs but it's very effective. Depending on how much you work out & how well you stick to the diet you could lose about 10 pounds in the first week!

2. Running/Cardio.
Lots of cardio is the main key to weightloss. IF you do straight cardio non stop for 35 minutes at your maximum heart rate you lose weight. I suggest running at a steady pace for 45-60 minutes. If running is not for you, you should try work out videos that are based on cardio. Anything that gets your heart rate up is cardio. Remember, that you also have to cut calories to be able to lose the maximum amount of weight. Try switching to whole grain instead of processed flour & limiting sweets/sodas.

I rele wanna get my belly button pierced but my mom won't let me, I just wanna see what it looks like adn how it feels. Can I peirce it myself, leave it in for 2 weeks, and then take out the piercing will my belly button close? thx

oh, please do not pierce it yourself! so many things can go wrong. if you are trying to keep it a secret from your mom & it gets infected because you did it yourself, you'll probably be in big trouble. wait it out, you may grow out of the stage your in & don't want it anymore. surely, if you want it bad enough, your mom will let you get it done when she thinks you're ready for it.

On Thursday I'm going to a pool party. Is there any possible way I can lose weight asap, even if it's jus water weight? please help me?!?! I rele need it!

My advice for you is to run for a good 30 - 45 minutes each day, watch what you eat & do tons of cardio work outs. Also, try cutting back on sodas (the sodium causes you to retain fluid), pastas/bread (they produce excess insulin & that will make you puff out), chewing gum & drinking from straws (they both send air to your tummy).


Work outs that qualify for cardio are ..
Jump Roping, jumping, running, dancing, jogging, swimming, playing tennis, kick boxing & any other activity that makes you outta breath & gets your heart rate up.

ok so i was wondering how long will it take me to get a flat stomach..im not asking for abs that show just to lose about 35 pounds and get a flat stomach. this really means alot to me, cuz since im overweight no guy ever likes me even though they can tell im fat. we r going to corpus christi with my swim team this weekend and everyone i know is going to wear a 2 peice and be all pretty, will i'll be stuck in my one piece and all the guys will go to my one friend. so please help me. thnx in advance. i'll rate high to anyone who is nice to me.

LOTS OF CARDIO! That's the secret to losing inches! Try running every morning, swimming for an hour every day, doing fitness tapes that include cardio workouts & toning. Also, you've probably heard this before, for about a week, write down everything you eat in a day. You can see what you're eating & change it. Take out sodas & junk food. You can probably lose up to a few pounds a week by working out & watching what you eat. Go for it girl, you'll feel better & look better!
