for the physical fitness test in gym, i need to do at least 20 push-ups but i dont have good upper body strength. any at home tricks that i need no equipment for that will help greatly? thanks in advance!
Every night before you go to bed practice doing push ups. Increase the number you do slowly and soon you'll be able to do 20 without even breaking a sweat.

and i'm still a 34A for bra's .
is there even anything i can possibly do to make my boobs bigger ?
