I am 13 and i am a great advice giver. I have everything from mixed emotions to thinkinking im in love. I am with a guy now and i really think he is the one. I get sick and tired of people wondering things and thinking other people dont think the sam things. Well there wrong! What you want to know about there is someone else wondering the same things too. I have always struggled with my weight so i know what you bigger girls are thinking and feeling. Don't give up life is full of strange surprises. Okay I'm 5 ft, 14 years old, and I weight 114 pounds, on a website I wanted to see how much body fat I had and it was 36%, and I'm going to be perfectly honest, my stomach is sorta chubby, but nothing else is, on the website it said at 15% body fat you could start seeing four packs and things like that, well I need help on losing body fat and fast, I'm tired of my stomach I can't stand it, I need to know foods I should eat[things I could get at a grocery store], and what exercises I need to do, I'm willing to do anything right now, please help. I am 13 and i was way overweight. i started out at 210 lbs. but now i am down to 150. What i done is i cut out all junk food. NO pop, bread, noodles, candy basically anything white. NOTHING fried. If you really want to loose weight like i did you will stick with it. But remember to work out or you will be flabby. get weights and lift them like normal. run and jump rope. your noot overweight. just to get rid of your tummy do sit ups everytime there is a comercial comes on it really works

okay, i wanna loose up to 10 pds before summer starts. it starts in about alomst a month or so and i dont know how to keep a daily diet and how to stop me from eating bad and unhealthy foods. im 16 and 5'4 and weigh 151. any suggestions pleaseee?

stay away from pop, candy, bread, potatoes, and noodles. Anything white would be your best bet i have lost 50lbs and im only 13. Whenever you see food that is fatting just tell yourself i dont need that. Put goals up for yourself. If this doesn't work talk to your doctor they have all diffrent types of diet charts you can go by but you have to stick with it..

You should probly go to a docotor and ask him for a simple diet chart. Set a goal weight for yourself but talk to the doctor about it first so h you won't look un normal. I remeber i was 13 and i weighed 210 lbs. i talked to my doctor and they gave a really good diet chart and i followed it. Then in 5 months i was down to 160. but remeber some people loose weight faster than others..
Well i wish you the best of luck and trust me it isn't easy but it is worth the results in the end.
