Before I found this site a had given advice many, many times. I am proud to say that some of my advice has changed lives, and even saved them. I decided that I wanted to do more, to help change the world any way I could.
So I went searching for advice-giving online communities, and I found this.
advice
I was just switched into an alternative class so after my first class i have to sign out leave the school and walk a couple blocks to my alternative class if 'm doing this for the rest of the year i do you think i could lose 5 pounds not to mention the fact we have to run half a mile for gym every other day what do you think?
As long as you eat well and keep it up, you can easily lose 5 pounds in a year. If you keep active at home too you could actually gain weight - muscle weighs MORE than fat. So if you exercise enough you could actually lose weight and then gain some.
Just remember, an active body is a healthy body.
does anyone know how i can get my boobs to be perky. cause they kind of sag a little. and i hate it. i was watching greace and the girl always has her hands above her head like squeezing them to gether to move her boobs so i try that and im not sure if its working or not. well thankyou!
Well just remember, breasts are just sacks of fat hanging from your torso. They will never be perfect balloons of flesh that stick off your chest.
But, if you just want them to be a little more "perky" there are ways. There are the simple "push-up" bras, and then there is the more expensive, permanent, dangerous "boob job". Plastic surgery can be very dangerous.
I'd suggest just buying "push-up" bras. Or maybe you could even buy clothing that is tighter around the bust. If you choose the tighter clothing, you might have to adjust their position a little...
So my advice is to first try push-up bras of your NORMAL size.
well im 15/f and i'm 5'9 and i guess you could say im big boned. i'm not fat, just got a little "pooch". and it's SO annoying.
i was wondering what should i eat?
and what should i do for exercises?
how many times a day should i exercis and how long?
how many days a week?
how long would you think it would take to loose 15 lbs before september?
anything else you recommend would be GREAT!
PLEASE HELP! =)
First take a look at this chart: http://www.disabled-world.com/artman/publish/height_weight.shtml
If you are in the target range for your height or lower, you DO NOT want to lose weight. If you are heavier than the target weight, you may want to lose a few pounds.
As for the exercises, I recommend doing push-ups, sit-ups, leg-lifts, pull-ups. Slowly work up from lower amounts, but push yourself.
If you have nothing to do pull-ups, buy an Iron Gym or an Iron Gym Extreme from your local sports shop.
Also, use a treadmill or run a couple miles a day. Again, push yourself, but not too much.
In a few weeks, you might actually weigh more. Don't worry, it's not fat. If you exercise regularly you'll build muscle. And remember, muscle weighs MORE than fat, not less.
If you're more muscular than you are fat, you don't need to do anything more than you already are.
Just eat healthy and se the exercises I've liste and you should notice a difference.
About what side bra do you think this girl wears? I'm considering breast implants and i would like to be her size. Can someone throw a random guess out there what side bra you think she wears and how much you think she weighs she's about 5ft tall maybe she is really short. Thanks.

I'm not a bra expert but I think that's about a D and she looks like 100-110 if she's 5' tall.
Hey. I'm 15/female, and I'd say I have pretty bad skin..
Actually, I have terrible skin. It has scars from past acne and there's always new acne patches on either my forhead, temples, chin, or sometimes all three. I don't think I have the money for a dermatolagist, so I was wondering what foods I can eat/ exercises I can do to help with bad skin? Or any facewashes (besides proactiv, that's expensive) that would help? Thanks!
Well, excercises won't do anything for you. I'm not sure of any foods either. Most people overlook the cheap brands of acne treatment because they think, "It's cheap, so it must not work." WRONG! When I had acne problems, I used the very cheap and effective ZAP-A-ZIT. It's name is stupid, and it's cheap, but it works. In 1-3 days any problems should be cleared up. It seems to prevent for a little while, too.
Just use it before bed and you should clear up.
:)
how do i save pictures to my memory card because for some reason it will not let me do that
If your LG Vu is anything like mine, what you do is:
1. Go to the picture menu.
2. Hilight the desired picture.
3. Click "Options"
4. Click "Move"
5. Select what is probably labeled as "Memory Card" or something similar.
If you have the LG Vu CU920, and it functions the same as mine, that should do it.
I hope this helps.
I carry a lot of weight in my tummy. It seems like no matter how much weight I lose, I have a pot belly and people ask me if I'm pregnant. I see a lot of middle aged women with this problem, but I am only 21. Even if I lost weight until I was at the very lowest point of the healthy range (I have been that small in the past), I still have a fat tummy. Is liposuction my only option? I would never get it, but I want to know if there is anything else I can do to change the shape of my body. No gimmicks please. Please don't tell me to eat acai berry, spammer. I guess if you're a spammer you're not reading this closely though. Ho, hum.
Also, ab exercises should do a lot. Work up from small numbers. I've been taking martial arts for a few years and my instructor was in the army so we do a lot of exercises. We'll do like 200 pushups, situps, etc. at a time. We'll do 5 minutes of planks(back straight, elbows and toes only on the floor). Obviously you'd want to cycle them so your muscles have resting time.
Basically, work out and try to get situps in there too. That should turn that fat into muscle throughout your body and tighten it into your abs.
So, I have a "Elliptical Cross-Trainer" at home, and I was thinking, if I use it every day, for 15-20 minutes, will that help me lose weight, or just build muscle?
Also, I'm going to stop snacking and eating fast food, and giving up energy drinks + sodas.
I've been drinking a litre of water a day for the past few weeks, will that help me lose weight as well?
Basically, I'm not obese, and my BMI is average, but I'm chubby, I only need to lose about 5-8Kgs.
Thanks :)
Just remember, if you're average you'll gain weight. Muscle weighs more than fat. A lot more. You could stand on one of those weight-monitors at the mall and have it say you're obese when you're actually all muscle.
If you want to get into shape you're on your way. But you'll need to do more than use one piece of gym equipment to do it. Do some push-ups (hands shoulder-width apart, back straight, on your toes), sit-ups(hands behind your head is bad for your back and spine though) and pull-ups. If you don't have anything to do pull-ups, buy an Iron Gym or Iron Gym Extreme at your local Olympia Sports. They're cheap, easy to assemble, and you just set it in your doorway.
