ok im skinny but i have big and flabby thighs. Does anyone know any GOOD excersise to make your thighs smaller and less flabby?

well running helps a lot. or walking or even jogging, but you could do anything even juming on a trampoline if you have one anything envolving your legs helps. and volleyball helps alot too. hope i helped. xojess
Hi, I need some advice on how to lose about 5 pounds by the middle of August or sooner. Please help me!!
ok well 5 pounds isint much so just mabey take a walk a day or run or jog whatever or just go out and play a sport,swim whatever. and eat healthier. if you do a sport like soccer and you play it everyday youll lose avout 5 pounds in 1 week. i like swimming so try that it works your whole body. hope i helped. xojess
ok, i want to get into really good shape for the upcoming school year because i plan on working out hard over the course of the year. im trying to get my stomach to get really flat and its not working. i do sit ups every single day and i do a total of at least 4500 in a week. i stretch everyday too and i go on walks as often as possible, probably a few times a week. i swim twice or three times a week too but nothing seems to have any affect on my body. any advice? plz help! i rate high for any reasonable answer
ok well what worked for me was i swam in the pool everyday, walked istead of eating or going on the computer or phone,ate right,500 crunches every morning and night, and NO JUNK FOOD, well mabey you dont have to do all those things but it worked for me and i hope it works well for you. good luck and im trying to lose 20 pounds over the summer to so i'm going to do that to but i think what your doing is fine and it takes time. good luck and i.m. me to tell me how its working for you. xojess
13/f--->Hey guys, i have a weight problem, i weigh about 215 and well i never realized how fat i was until i really looked in the mirror. I started to run and im doing volleyball so we have to run for like 2 and a half hours straight and i'm going to start excersizing with my friend.I also don't drink any soda or eat junk food now. Do you guys have any ideas, i know youve seen so many of these, but im talking about motivation. Also any websites, ive heard of teentone

ok well some motivations are like just picture your self the way you want and go for it but if you give up you may never become close and even if your not skinny or a twig your still beautiful in your own way. and i dont know if these help but i lost a lot of weight with my friend by doing 500 crunches a night and 100 pushups but you dont have to do the pushups i didnt because i broke my hand but it still worked and volleyball is great and so is running im me and tell me how its working. good luck. xojess
