i dont know what to put this under .. but my back is KILLING me .. its like my upper back and idk it feels like someone is stabbing me in the back its all along my shoulders .. _(link)

Try some good yoga for pain in the back. Yoga pretty good streach help. If can't move or to pain ful take a talon nonaprain pain killer.. Hot shower help Little. I can't spell it um Tirepracter. Oh well try have someon meassage your back.. Hope I help
