Hi, I need some advice on how to lose about 5 pounds by the middle of August or sooner. Please help me!!

no crash dieting!!!! it will only come back on you worse... if you want to loose it fast.. stay away from carbs, but work them out slowly.. because youll crave them... and it's okay to have a little carb, but they can be the enemie!! LOL.. and also set yourself a goal.. walk, run, floor exercises daily can help :)

how can i lose the fat in my thighs? please dont say oh as long as your healthy then you dont need to lose the weight or get lipo suchtion

ps im 14/f

im a health FREAK! i went from size 20 to a 12 in less then 6 months (I'm also 6foot 2) so ya i lost a lot of weight... stairs and pilates took care of my thighs in no time
