What is a good and healthy/safe way to loose fat in your inner thighs?

I'm 15 years old and a girl. I don't have access to a gym so please don't suggest working out at a gym

well first off you could start running. but when you run sont go crazy at first. work your way up from a mile or so. also biking is very good for legs. trail biking and speed biking use lots of muscel. Some neighborhood parks might have trails just for trail biking. also swimming could be good too. but basically any exercise that puts a lot of work on the legs.

Why are my legs so skinny danm can i get them fatter

I would have to say that do leg exercises are very important to enlargen your legs. Running, biking, and exercise machines meant to add muscle to the legs would also be very good to use.
