when you run, where do you loose weight? just all over your body or is it in specific areas? i've heard you loose weight in your stomach, thihgs, butt, and love handles! is that right? (link)

running is a good cardio exercise, and will work your heart more than anything. but yes, the more noticeable changes will be in toning your legs, butt and your stomach.
hope it helps

i was wondering is there anyway u can get a size or 2 smaller in jeans in a week or sooner?? (link)
|
not in a week not, at least not if you're going to go about it the right way.
you can see a noticeable difference though if you start to eat right... more heathily and get the right balance of each food group in your diet.
this alongside exercise every day such as running will definatly help get you to that smaller size, though it will take a little longer than a week.
hope it helps

heya,
sit-ups are the easiest option though not the most effective on their own.
add in some running, as this tones your legs and stomach.
and i know you said you didn't want to sacrifice your eating habits... but you could try just drinking more water and having a healthier meal each day and it would really help to get a flat tummy, especially when you only have three weeks!
hope it helps,

alright i just want to know if there is ne way for me to lose weight and gain more muscle ik im a bit on the chubby side and i just want to know any ways to lose weight and gain muscle w/out actually lifting weights b/c i have no way to get access to weights (link)

Take it slow at first, just start with eating more healthily... less junk food and soda... more water and fruit, veg and the right balance of protein and carbs in your diet.
Alongside this, start doing some exercise, jogging/running will help you become fitter, lose weight and tone your legs and stomach. sit-ups will work your abs; push-ups and variations will tone your arms and build up muscle.
hope this helps
