So, I'm 15, 4'10'', and 93 lbs. We did BMI and Body Fat Percentage in health, my BMI was 19.5, and my Body Fat Percentage was 20. Is that bad, considering my size? I saw kids who were technically over weight with percentages of like, 18-29, so obviously I'm sort of curious. I mean, I've got the common girl issue of the lower stomach being kinda ehh, and I'm a 32 C. Does that make a difference?

o0h gosh hun, that is definitly not fat and i doubt that you're ever going to hear that from anybody! btw i am 16, 5'3 and im 115 lbs. and people tell me all the time that i am darn skinny! haha you have absolutely nothing to worry about:)

is there anything you can do WITHOUT any kind of surgery or anything to make your butt bigger, or firmer, ANYTHING?! haha i'm not saying i don't have a butt, it's not like completely flat but i wish mine was more "round" if you want to call it that. any exercises or anything i could do? thanks! I'm not fat or chubby or anything. I just have stomach I want to get rid of. I know exercising would help but I don't know what to do. Running? I think sit ups would work right? But how many? And eating healthy. Is there anything else? I weigh about 103, that's normal right? ha, I have a lot of questions as you can see. The other thing is that I don't want to exercise in front of anyone, like family kinda of thing. Its kinda weird unless I want to play basketball or something with my brother. running works mostly your legs but its also good too, doing 30 sit ups a day would do the trick and it takes around a month at least to see a difference, power walking is good if you dont like to run. I did a lot of that over the summer and it gave me really nice abs, like power walking for about 40 minutes a day or every other day and doing sit ups push ups and stretches. doing yoga & pilates in the comfort of your own room or living room is also great. & remember to drink lots of water! hope I helped:)

Hey I was wondering does toning your body make you look bigger? I want to gain weight and look bigger but I am very unfit so I want to be healthy too. I have Celiac Disease so it is hard to gain weight with fast-food and junk food because I can't eat most of it, and it is hard to work out because I'm unfit and get tired easier.
Ok, so basically, can someone tell me what does toning do to your body and will it help in my situation? Also, what are some other ways to gain weight (I don't care if it is muscle or fat, I just want to put on those kilos!!) (link)

you can always take up a dance class or something fun like that b/c you don't too tired and you can enjoy it too:) and drink lots of water everyday b/c it WILL help you a lot when exercising. hope I helped:)

I really need help with my face! It gets red SOOO easily and it makes me look like an idiot! It happeneds to my mum, sister and me and I am absolutly sick of it.
When I am feeling cold, my face will be normal, when my temp. is normal, my cheaks will be pink and when i am warm-hot my cheaks & nose are really red! I always get red at school and I am afraid people will notice all the red, and not my actual face. I wear foundation on my whole face but it doesnt seem to do anything (i also wear mascara and black eyeliner on my top eyelid only because it smudges easily on the bottom).
Sometimes I think of my self from another person's perspective when I am smiling and I think 'Hm i probably look good like this' but then i see my reflection and i am bright red and it looks ugly! It really puts me down, it is like a burdon i will have to live with. But maybe I dont have to live with it if you help me!
So plz give me your best advice on how to make the redness go away, or how to at least look like i am not red. (link)

try taking this medication 'Eredicane' if you wanna know more about it you can always look it up on google, i'm not sure about how bad your situation is, but if you wanna know what the best thing to do to help it is to talk to your doctor or something. hope i helped:)

i need to learn how to do a cartwheel, and a backhandspring~ A)because i think it would be really fun to learn how to do it and B)- because its the requirements for cheerleading squad...i didnt make it this year but im trying out next year.. i dont really want to go to a gymanstics place so im trying to teach myself and i pritned out some instructions online but i really need some step by step instructions (remember:im a beginner an im really afriad of getting hurt) i REALLY appreciate your help!!!
