oK, SORRY FOR THE LENGTH...ok well i was talking to my friend online(he is a guy lets call him Tod) and he was saying that him and his friend(lets call him Ben) called my house to see if i wanted to come over, but i wasn't there so i couldn't. And when i was talking with him online he said that they had drinks(we are all 14 by the way) and they wanted me to come over to have more fun, and when i asked what type of fun it was they said, "A girl and guys getting wasted not caring what they are doing, like any base" So i just went along with it and then they said next time i should come. I mean i want to come and i want to hang out with them, bc they are my really good friends, but i dont know what will happen if i drink...any advice?!!! I RATE HIGH FOR ANYONE WHO ANSWERS!!!!

Like in my other post dancing! Burns off the Macdonalds you just gobbled down and also it brings sucsess.. If you're good. Also try yoga! Ok you're probably thinking 'Its for oldies' or 'Me? Yoga? Yeah right!' but seriously I done yoga last night at my mates house, we used her yoga video and it teaches you all kinds of strenches and stuff and whilst you're doing those streches the lady tells you what you are actually tonning up! Its great! But there is a lot of standing up and putting your arms in the air involved!

What's a good way to tone down your hips so they don't stick out as much? I don't have a big frame, it's just my hips are a bit on the bigger side. (link)

Dancing burns it all! Trust me I av the most enourmous asses in the world its like beyonces!
And im only young! But yeah dancing is the key to success and to burning off that big mac you just ate! Cheeky! Hope it helps x

Hey. Does anyone know how to get fit and look fit -like, have a six pack and nice bicepts- the shortest and easiest way? I do not have access to a gym nearby and I've been doing sit-ups, but it isn't working fast enough. What should i do to speed up the process? I'm not fat, just real thin. (link)

Well.. If your older enough and have the money you could get steroids injected into your arms, body, legs, etc .. but i think that is illegal or sumthink.. or get peck implants, they basically implant silicone type things into your body so your have a body of a man who works out alot for like 30 years! Then all you have to do is go get it re-done.. thats like £15000 though.. and i think you have to be over 18.. unless just go out and exercise, run, swim any sporty things hope it helps xx

3 tips to guilt-free eating!
Most of us feel guilty when we overeat. So here's how not to:
1 eat slowly chew each bite 15 times. It takes 20 minutes for your stomach to realize it's full-if you eat too quickly, you'll overdo it.
2 be mindful smell in your food to take in all the aromas and notice how it feels in your mouth. These sensations send signals tyo your brain that make you feel more satisified
3 Respect cravings eat a little of what you want-if you skip a treat because you think it's "Bad" you'll end up feeling more deprived and end up eating more of other things to make up for it.
