ok i`m a qood cheerleader.. like i`m on an allstar team but my jumps suck wicked bad. like i`m extremlly flexable and can do both spilts att the way down and i can do a bow and arrow and i`m the most flexable on my team. but my jumps suck. how cna i make them better besides just practicning? thx (link)

ok our gym has us do leg lifts to get our hip flexers more flexible to make us jump better. what you do is but your arms in a t and then lift your leg straight in the air behind your arm and snap down do that ten times on each leg. another one they have us do is to sit on the floor in a staddle and then lift each leg and twirl it in a circle for ten seconds. these will help imensly! ttyl! ♥ Kelley ♥

what are some good ways to stretch??? i am a cheerleader and stretching is like the most important thing so we don't pull anything or hurt ourselves. so what are some good stretches?? help asap!! (link)

well im a cheerleader too and yes stretchingis very important what i do to stretch is just sit in front of the tv on a commericial or even during the show sit in splits and if you sit in splits for about 5 mintutes each leg and straddle you will eventually get them all the way down in a very short time and another thing is to go to a wall and put what ever leg you need stretching and put it against the wall backwards it helps alot! well i hope i helped with everything! love, Kelley

i need help going on a diet and losing weight.
ive tried everything! lol
i excersize, go to gyms..dance..swim..a bunch of stuff..n it hasnt seem to work.

well i heard from a friend that if you mix up your meals like have dinner for luch luch for breakfast and breafast for dinner it will help lose weight while doing this your switching your matabolism and hellping your digestive system also try eat 5 small meals a day and make them healthy and keep exercising that is good and maybe if you weight your self if your weight is gaining or staying the same then its probably muscle weight not fat because i am all muscle and i weigh 93. and im only 4'11. well i hope i helped *Kelley*

My younger sister is 11 and she weighs 130 pounds. I'm not sure if this is right, cause she looks pretty slim but is heavy. She asked me to ask you guys this since she is too young to join. By the way, I'm 13 and I'm 88 pounds. (link)
