there's this really great song by the wreckers-michelle branch and jessica harp callled "the good kind" so you could do that if you want something popular.

if you want something from like broadway you should deff. do "For Good" from wicked. it's beautiful! me and my friend did it for a talent show and it was awesome. it's such a great duet song!

if you want something like, way power ballad you should do the Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston song. um i think it's called like "when you believe"

i live on throat coat!

it's so great. it has this stuff in it that will clear up your throat (especially if you gargle with it!) my mom usually gets it for me at hannafords.

also, put some honey on a tablespoon and squeeze some lemon into it and then eat it. (just one tablespoon though!) i know that sounds like it won't help but i guess it'll throat your coat or something.

also, if you have a vaporizer, put that up in your room over night this way the steam will clear up your voice.

i just read that they had a new cd coming out soon.

i'm not sure exactly when, but i know they deffinitley do have a new one coming out

you won't be able to listen to the whole cd but you can listen to little samples of the song...

then find the cd with the song lately on it and scroll down to the section where it lets you listen to the songs.

again, it won't let you listen to the whole thing, so this may not be the best way to go, but it will let you listen to a sample if you really can't find anything else and you're desperate to hear some of it!

if you have an alto's music near you i would go there. they have a ton of music books for all different levels.

i'm trying to teach myself guitar also and i'm starting out with guitar method book 1 and 2.

it comes with a cd so that you can hear the songs and play along with them for each lesson.

also it's really great because it starts off showing you how to tune the guitar and the notes on each string and then it just progresses from there.

also, when you get into chords it starts off with simple chords and as you get further into the book, it gives you the more advanced version.

oh, and start with acoustic. i've found it easier to learn on then an electric and i've also heard from a lot of people that play that it's better to learn on then an electric

if you like something corporate the lead singer, Andrew McMahon has a solo project called Jacks Mannequin with a cd coming out this august. The cd is called "everything in transit" i believe.

also, i read on dashboard confessional's website that they have a new cd coming out sometime the end of this summer (maybe early fall).

there's this really great band called "eisley" and their cd is relativley new. it's called "room noises" (i really suggest it, it's amazing)

there's this other new band called terminal that just put a new cd out called "how the lonely keep"

The Plain White T's have a new cd out called "All That We Needed"

The Spill Canvas also has a new cd out on august 9th called "One Fell Swoops"
