If he does not like you do not set your self up for dissapointment and ask him out. Become his friend and get to know him more maybe if you hang out more and open up to him things will change. But right now a friend is better than anything right? Hope I Helped!

Okay, me and my boyfriend have been going out for 3 weeks. We have gone out for the same amount of time before, and I was the one that broke it off. I didn't feel it was right to go out with him when I just wanted to be friends. Well now, I am not happy in our relationship... AGAIN. He is not supportive at all, and I am the kind of girl that likes the single life. I don't like spending time with him, and I don't feel like there is butterflies in my stomach at all when I see him. But I will feel bad for breaking up with him AGAIN, and everybody will be mad at me and call me a whore. Should I break up with him anyway, or stick with him and make myself happy?

The only person you have to please is yourself so i think that you need to break it off. By staying with him longer you are just leading him on and making him like you more so it will just be harder for you and him later. You need to tell him you just want to be friends and thats all you want to be ever again.. you may break his heart but it will only make him stronger right? And as for the people who will be mad at you it is none of their business so who cares about them .. of they are mad at you for something that little then they are not worth being friends with

I've been working at the same place for over a year and I really enjoy working there. I feel like I've established myself as a good employee. A past roommate of mine who I didn't get along with well and only see infrequently recently applied for a position at the same place I work. Apparently, she told my boss and others she spoke to that she knows me well and that I would be excited to work with her. She pretty much said that I really wanted her to work there and would recommend her. The problem is that I know this person is not a good worker. She is irresponsible about coming to work and tends to slack off when she does come. She's not very respectful to employers either and tends to demand that they give her time off whenever she wants it. I'm concerned that this person's job performance could reflect negatively on me, since she pretty much used me as a reference without my permission. Should I approach my boss about this? What should I do if my boss asks me about her? What can I do to distance myself from this person so that her poor performance won't make me look bad? (link)

I think that you should appraoch your boss about what is going on. if she is going to make you look bad and reflect negativly on your job and how well you are doing it is your repnsibility to let managers or bosses know how she really is and you could be saving them from a lot of problems in the long run. A lot of people put on an act to get hired from a job and most people cant see that. I hope I helped!

ok im 17 f ny anyways Every winter on wednesdays i hae ski club after school ....go snowboarding and what not and anyways i called a babysitting ad in the paper because right now I work at a hotel and can onli work weekends because of school and the hours so I wanted more money and I love kids....I love babysitting so anyways the lady called and said the babysitting job is on tues wed thurs after school for a 2 yr old boy which i think woud be super fun ...shes paying about 3 dollars and hour but ifi babysit i cant go boarding on wednesday i can still go on weekends and stuff but i dont kno what to do (link)

I would take the babysitting job.. you would be making a lot more moeny that im sure you need for alot of other things and you always can board on the weekends so you still have time for fun
