What do I do if a boy likes me who I don't like back? He wrote me notes in math class...had his friend give me one and he gave me one himself.
I keep complaining about this but its just annoying. I feel nothing...its feels like somethings missing whenever he looks at me...like somethings not right. I have NO feelings for him.
Everyone either tells me to stop complaining or
give him a chance but it's not that great when someone likes you and you DONT like then back. I don't really feel something when a boy likes me unless I like him the same way....so it's not that great. He still comes up to me and waves and says Hi *******! and I just wave and he like giggles or some weird thing. I mean...he's a really nice kid but nothings there...I feel like i want to cry...I have no clue why. Is this normal? I don't like him and I'm absoulutely sure about this...100%. I like someone else...and I don't know, whenever I see him my stomach twists and turns because I dont want him to give me another note or actually come up to me and ask me out...so I avoid him. I just don't want to deal with this...I don't want to turn him down...every girl turns him down and I feel so bad. But then again if I did go out with him nothing would be there anyway so there would be no point to that. I like another kid so much but i just have to get up the courage to at least smile at the boy.
errg! I'm so frustrated! I DON'T WANT ANY MORE NOTES! what do i do? And I'm NOT going to give him a chance because he has admitted to liking a whole bunch of girls just last week and even if I did like him it wouldn't be real if we went out...and last I heard he was going out with some girl named Ashley or something...ERGGG! what do I do...HE'S EXPECTING AN ANSWER SOON AND IT'S JUST ANNOYING! please help! The best way to get out of this situation is telling him the truth, or asking a friend to do that. Tell him that you like him as a friend, but you are in love with someone else, and your heart belongs to this other guy. Don't feel guilty for turning him down; you can't pretend you like him just to make him happier.
Be careful to let the doors open, in the future. Don't say you'll never go out or despise him. Maybe you'll find yourself in love with him someday and then the situation will be reversed :)

OK, I was at school today and a fifth grader who I danced with at a dance ONCE asked me out through one of my friends. I'M AN EIGHTH GRADER!!!! I told my friend to tell him no thatnks and I think she DID carry on the correct message but I think he told everyone we were going out and now people are making fun of me because they think I'm going out with a fifth grade russian. I mean, I don't care that he's russian but isn't the girl supposed to know when she's going out with somebody and now I have a dance tonight and I'm afraid he's going to ask me to dance and I really don't want to hurt his feelings but I don't want to get any rumors started again. Please respond quickly because I have to leave at 7:15. I need to know what I should do and I don't trust myself to make the decision. Now it's 4:26

You can always say your feet hurt, or you have to go to the bathroom, or get a drink... this way hopefully he will notice you don't want anything with him. If that doesn't work, I'd suggest talking with him. of course he may be sad if you tell him you don't like him this way, but it's always good to know the truth.

...I have my very *first* job interview coming up! And since it's my first one, I am very nervous. :) I want the job mostly because I need to raise some money- but I know that's not the answer that the manager will want to hear. Any suggestions about what to do for the interview, other than dressing up? ;)

One thing that helps is getting to know everything about where you want to work. If the interviwer asks why do you want to work there, you have to know, right? And you must have a good reason: why do you suit this job? What are your good points? How can you to help your co-workers to do the job? Do you think you can improve yourself working there? Will it be a good experience? WHY?
Remember to look interested in the job. Of course you are, but I've seem some interviews where the candidate would not speak for himself, only sticking to the questions asked, and would not look very happy either.
