Heyy! The layout works but I don't know how to make it work for my column. Everything is out of place and the font it so light and my information isn't even on there. how do i insert a tampon?
i use tampax gentle glide, there plastic.
There is actually directions in the box, that are actually pretty accurate. :)
But assuming you know that the tampon goes in your vagina, there are a few simple pointers as far as making them fit comfortably.
-Be sure to relax, because if you're tense, it won't go in comfortably.
-Be sure to insert at an angle.
-Insert the tampon in your vagina until your fingers start to touch skin, after it's in you far enough, just push it on in, and throw away the applicator.
It will take you a few times before it becomes routine, but as with everything else just practice, practice, practice!

Just to add a bit to you additional info -
If you are having sex, then most likely your hymen will rip before the ejaculation enters you.
If you are talking about someone ejaculating on your hymen, and then getting into you, resulting in you getting pregnant; It is possible. Very, highly unlikely, but very, very possible.
And by the way, the hymen doesn't just all up and break at one time. It's a tiny, thin piece of skin that can break down over time. Not just from sex or foreplay, and not just from strenuous exercise, you can't really keep it from tearing down. It just kind of will, and it's hard to know when it's completely gone.
So regardless of whether your hymen is ripped or not, it's always possible to get pregnant, and since you will never know when your hymen is gone, then you don't want to rely on that as birth control =]

The ones you've sent me are myspace layouts. I can't put a myspace layout on advicenators.
What you need to do is click the scroll down arrow & choose a layout off of the "website template" page. I'm sorry, I should have specified. There aren't quite as many choices, but since advicenators is CSS, and myspace is something else (I never was good with their layouts) I can't use them.
If you want you can send me another message with a design template layout and i'll be more than happy to do it for you. Once again, i'm sorry.

I'm a varsity cheerleader too. There was a cheerleader that got pregnant a few years back, and she had to quit. It's kind of a silly question to ask, because not only would it be dangerous to you and your baby, but your school most likely wouldn't let you cheer anyway. Think about; Could you really cheer with a big belly in front of you? No. You couldn't.
As for school, that's mainly up to you. It would be in your best interset to talk to someone from planned parenthood. They will give you your options for school. You could quit highschool, get your GED, wait a few years for your baby to get older, then go to college. Or if you are lucky, you could stay in school throughout your pregnancy, get homeschooled for a semester, then come back. A girl in my grade did that last year. You have a lot of options, but only a professional can help you make a decision, and give you all the possible options available to you.

My female chihuahua is around 5 months old now, Lucy, she is gorgeous by the way. Well, I was wondering when small dogs like her usually go into heat. I have two other male chihuahuas and I don't want any accidents. I plan to pay for a stud since my males are bigger than her.

Before breeding you dog, consult a vet.
We wanted to breed our chihuahua, and the vet said if we were using her soley for the purpose of breeding her, to do.."yadaddada". Talk to your vet if you want to breed her. But if Lucy is a house pet, don't breed her. It can be dangerous, and can take time off of there life.
If you have to other male chihuahuas, and your female isn't fixed, keep them in seperate rooms and be careful.
She should go in heat at around 6 or 7 months.

I started taking birth control about a month ago on the 17th of December. My boyfriend came inside me twice in one night after only being on the YAZ birth control pill for about a week and a half. acording to my birth control package, I should have started my period yesterday. I did not start yesterday and today I have just had brown spotting when I wipe and cramps. I am so scared. I don't want to be pregnant. Do you think I am? Someone help.
I'm on Yaz, and I've only been on it for about 3 months. The same exact thing happened to me. I didn't start my period on the first month until the last white pill. For the first few months your period will be completely wacked up. I wouldn't worry to much, even if you don't have a period. In the packet you got, it should somewhere say that it's normal not to have a period the first month, but if you still don't have one the second month, take a pregnancy test.

i'm tanning for winterball on saturday, and yesterday i went for the first time for 4 minutes. it didn't make too much of a difference, just a base color and a little bit in my face.
i'm going again tomorrow and i think i should do 6 minutes, they maybeee 8 (max) on saturday.
thing is i don't want to get burnt but i also don't want to waste money by not getting any color, so how long should i tan for? (stand up booth, btw not laying down)
and no, i don't want a detailed explanation on the effects of tanning, i already know. this is a special occasion thing.
The thing with tanning that I absolutely hate, is you have to have patience, which I don't have. That's why I never have a tan. I'm always just burnt.
You aren't wasting your money, tanning takes time. If you get anxious, and lay to long, you will get burnt and won't be able to lay anymore. Then for the dance, you will either be pale, or you'll look like a lobster.
The best thing to do is keep laying at the same time for about a week. It won't be a big difference, but you will get a few shades darker. After that week you can start laying for a longer period of time depending on how strong the bed you are laying in is. Ask the person working at the salon how much longer they think you should lay, and they will tell you. In about 2 weeks, you should be nice and bronze =]

okay i had sex on the 12th and ive been on the pill but last month i went out of town and left my pack well i missed 3 days in a row so i had to start over like how it says below, and then i got my period on the 3rd and had sex the 12th. well during sex the condom broke and he came and we didnt notice until he pulled out way after he came. do you think there is a chance i could be pregnant? Couldnt get ec, im under 18.

If you miss 3 or more white active pills in a row during the first 3 weeks:
If you are a day-1 starter, throw out the rest of the pill pack and start a new pack the same day; or, if you are a Sunday starter, keep taking 1 pill every day until Sunday. On Sunday, throw out the rest of the pack and start a new pill pack that day. You may become pregnant if you have sex on the days when you missed pills or during the 7 days after the missed pills, so you must use a backup form of birth control for those 7 days. You may not have your period that month, but that is expected. However, if you miss your period 2 months in a row, call your healthcare provider to rule out pregnancy.

Most likely you aren't pregnant. It's a lot harder to get pregnant than most people make it out to be, especially while you are on the pill. I think you are fine. Just be sure to take your pills carefully from now on.
Don't stress out. If you stress, it may make your period late, or it may not come at all.

i am a cutter, i think. i recentley started getting a paper clip to my arm, and...cutting it i guess. for some reason i don't really feel the pain, only afterward when i move my arm around. i dont no how to hide it, this is so not me. i am always this happy go lucky girl. im popular and have tons of friends, so i just don't no what to do. i always wear spaggetti straps and stuff, but now i can't. i just don't no what to do, i don't no how to stop. i want to tell my friend, but how do i no she's not going to tell anyone? and i dont even no how to tell her. so, how do i tell my friend, and what do i do? please help me...
Everytime I see the rare cutting question on this website, I get a lump in my throat, and it breaks my heart a little bit. This is a serious thing, and you need to stop. When I was younger, I cut myself as well. It was something I did to relieve stress, and it just got worse over time. Eventually it started to ruin my life, and even though I don't cut anymore, the scars are there forever. I am reminded of my stupid choices every single day.
You don't want that to be you in a few years. It's a bad mistake, and I can't stress that enough. It ruined so many of my relationships with people, and honestly I am embarrassed. I hate getting my blood pressure taken, when I get tan my scars are ten times worse, and I can't even wear short sleeves without someone staring. I know what they are thinking, it's obvious. And it sucks.
Cutting is not fun. And my cutting all started where you are at now. I just wish I had someone to tell me what a dumb thing I was doing. Please don't do it. Not only will you break your family and friends' hearts, but it will change your life forever, and not for the better. You have to talk to someone. A school councelor, or a friend. Or better yet, a parent. You'll feel so much better knowing you are not alone. Because you are NEVER alone if you have enough courage to ask for help. Someone out there will give it to you. Here are some tips to help with cutting, some may work. Some, maybe not.
Distract yourself. Color, draw, write, get online, do homework, read. Just do something.
If you like the feeling you get when you cut, wear a rubber band around your wrist and flick it when you get the urge.
If you like the visualness of cutting, take a red marker or pen, and make marks on your arm.
The best advice I can give you is to take the 100 day challenge. You get a calender, and tell yourself you aren't going to cut for 100 days. Once you reach your 100 day mark, you reward yourself with something. Or if you would like, just give yourself a pat on the back for fighting it. Throughout the 100 days, each time you get an urge, you write in a notebook, and talk about it. Say something like "It's day 19, and I want to cut because..." And then talk about it. If you slip up, don't beat yourself up over it. Just start the challenge over again. Continue doing it, until you just don't want to do it anymore.

Alright, so, at my school we have a JV/Varsity cheer squad. JV cheers for girls bball team + Varsity cheers for guys bball team. im on the JV team. the coaches said at the beginning of the season that there was NOT going to be a difference in squads they just needed to split it up for games. but then it all started about a month ago when we found out that only Varsity could go to away games, and i was so upset because i signed up for cheerleading for a reason. but, then my coach took me outside in the hallway to tell me that "oh, your better than half he girls in there" "JV was the last one picked..." which really didnt help what so ever. + then it happened tonight at the game we cheered at, we were going to do 2 wicked awesome cheers + then my captains like "NO, LETS SAVE IT FOR VARSITY" then this girl on Varsity says "OH REJECTION [the name of the cheer] IS FOR VARSITY NOT FOR DUMB JV" which really got me po-ed. i have tried everything to tell my coaches, captains + everyone + they wont do anything to change all the unfairness thats going around, so what should i do? anything would be appreciated! anything i could say to them to maybe make them understand. thanks so much!

No seriously, I know how bad it sucks. I'm on a varsity squad now, but I remember how bad JV got treated, and I think it should change. No varsity cheerleader should ever say anything negative to a JV cheerleader, because in the end, you'll probably being cheering together in the long run.
Varsity usually is the more polished squad with more experienced cheerleaders, but that doesn't make them neccessarily "better". A lot of JV girls who have never cheered have plain old good raw talent. You must be one the them =]
JV at my school also can't travel to away games, and that's how it's always been. There is a lot that Varsity does that JV can't. When I was on JV, it pissed me off, but it's really not as bad as it seems. If you plan on sticking with cheerleading, then when you are on the varsity squad you get to enjoy some of the extra perks.
Basically the best thing for you to do right now is suck it up, because in the long run you are going to get to experience all the things varsity girls are experiencing now.
I do however, think you should talk to your coach about the girl who said "JV cheerleaders are dumb" because she sounds like a snobby bitch who needs to be put in her place. =]

do i have to change my pad even if i didnt have my period or can i just keep it on until i have my period thanks
I don't know why you would want to wear a pad if you weren't having your period. If you were using your pads for discharge, it would be in your best interest to still change your pad, even if you aren't having your period. As the person below me said, sweat and discharge can get trapped in pads which may lead to yeast infections. Wearing pads when it isn't neccessary for long periods of time will cause you to be very unclean and most likely uncomfortable as well.

I'll answer your question, but it's not going to be very detailed.
The number one thing to remember, if a girl responds to something in particular well, then play it up. Obviously she likes it, so continue doing it. Asking is always a good idea too. You'll never know until you ask.

If you are planning to abort, you should do it right away. Don't wait any further into the pregnancy, especially long enough into it to start showing. (Every girl differs, but most usually start showing around 5 or 6 months). Every second that fetus is inside of you is a second that fetus is growing into a baby. If you honestly want to abort, tell your boyfriend NOW and do it. Besides, after the first trimester, any ethical doctor would never perform an abortion on you.
You and your boyfriend were mature enough to have sex and make a baby, and now you have to be mature enough to own up to what you did, and take responsibility for it. Just flat out tell him. "*Boyfriend*, I missed my period, and I just found out i'm pregnant." Wait for his response and see how he reacts. Ask him how he feels about abortions, talk about it, and then come up with a plan of action. Your first trip should most certainly be to a planned parenthood to discuss options, even if you already know what path you want to choose.

There is a good chance her hymen has already been ripped if she exercises a lot, wears tampons, or has been fingered.
If you had sex, I would say her hymen is most likely ripped now if it wasn't before. To know if this was when it happened, if it hurt her and/or she bled, most likely this was when she ripped it.
