It could be various things. But either way, don't push her. If she wants to wait, you need to respect her wishes. You could try telling her in a gentle way that she has nothing to be shy of or worry about, but like I said, don't push your luck. Be really loving about it and stuff, and it is best to say that when whenever she is ready, and hopefully you feel that way.
