There might be a reason that your mom doesn't want you wearing you Bikini. She probably doesn't want people "looking" at her daughter. That just her being a mom, but if you really want one you could try Ebay. They have really nice clothes and merchandise that you could order as long as you have a credit card or a visa. If you dont maybe you could talk to you mom about getting you a Visa or Credit card.
