Sex..... I'm 13, I'm a guy lol,I'm from USA (New York), and willing to have sex. if I ask a girl I really know well, she's sometimes horny and wants to have sex ; i think if I ask her, she will say no and she might tell her friends or say I'm a pervert and slap me. What do I do? ( if it doesn't make sense well my bad because I didn't know how to say it out ;) .)
It depends if you want it to mean something.
If not, just go for the trashy girls in a club or something. Trust me, you'll know if they want it or not.
Alternatively, what I recommend is being in a relationship. I do not mean use a girl for sex, I mean that you have to let the girl know she can trust you, before even thinking of sleeping with you.
The easiest way is to get into a relationship. So great, you know a girl well? Enough to want to be with her for reasons other than sex. If so, your in a winning position.
Other than that, the setting has to be right. E.g. at a party or something.
But I really think you should get with a girl who you don't just use as a sexual object but for more things. You may think other guys are doing it, but they are likely to be lying-the psychological process of mate competition.
Also, if you're really stuck usually one thing leads to another anyway. The only time it does not is if you are in a relationship, where normal protocol is to ask.
