I have a love/hate relationship with Advicenators. I've been off and on this website for the past seven years. I was most formerly Killerface.

I'm a white girl. I've been in a relationship with a black male for almost two years. We're happy. We're odd. We're cute.

I know a little about a lot, so just ask.

i got to an accident with a tree and i have learner's permit with insurance but no one got hurt so my question is are we going to get help from insurance company if we don't have license? but we do have insurance policy (link)
If you have insurance on your car (which is required BY LAW in some states) then after you pay your deductible then your insurance will kick and pay for the rest of the damage from your accident, but chances are your rates WILL sky rocket. If you don't have insurance, you're out of luck.

Other than that,I don't know who you are so I don't have the fainest clue of whether or not you have insurance.

learner's permit holder has the insurance but not the license holder, this makes more confusing.
