So my last day of my period is today, I went to the restroom to poop and the next thing i knew the toilet water had blood not a lot but a good amount to know it's blood, i checked my pad to see if i was spotting but i didnt have nothing. But before that i ate two sandwiches it was spicy. In my heritage it means that this happened beacause i ate so much spicy food. I am concerned about my health. Can you please tell me what this means? (link)

your instinct is probably right, it is most likely from eating too much spicy foods.. here is a link to help you understand better

you are probably going to have to cut down on the spicy foods you eat. there are many, many other spices and herbs that taste great but don't have the same effect as "hot spices" do down below.
