I have a love/hate relationship with Advicenators. I've been off and on this website for the past seven years. I was most formerly Killerface.

I'm a white girl. I've been in a relationship with a black male for almost two years. We're happy. We're odd. We're cute.

I know a little about a lot, so just ask.

I started birth control 3 months ago. I'm usually really consistent on taking the pill at the same time everyday. I'm on my 4th pill pack right now. I got my period last week and it just ended 2 days ago. yesterday I took the pill 2 hours later than I usually take it. Today i took it on time. I had sex today without a condom. My boyfriend did not cum inside me. He pulled out right before he came. I think I'm not pregnant because birth control is 99.7% effective. Plus- he didn't cum inside me. I know pre-cum can make you pregnant, but I am on birth control for 3 months so I think i'm ok. I just wanted advice to see what you guys think? After we had sex, I did feel a little nauseous (literally like 5 minutes afterwards) but i think its just because i'm nervous and anxious. Plus I had arby's a few hours before so I could just be a little gassy from that haha.

what do you guys think? You really do not need to tell me to "be smarter and use a condom". I know I should use a condom. Please answer my question! Also- when is the fertility rate higher? I heard its 14 days after your period. But we had sex 2 days after my period- is that a good or bad time to have sex?

Tomorrow I'm planning on calling Planned Parenthood to speak with a professional doctor and see what they think. I have Plan B Emergency Contraceptive. I did not take it yet because I wasn't sure If I should. I heard it gives you bad side effects like you throw up etc. What do you think? should I take it?

thank you!

Well by now you've probably already talked to a doctor, but if you haven't, here goes.

The thing to remember about the pill,is that you have roughly a three hour window to take your pill every day, because people know that things come up. Also, even if you skipped one pill, the chances of you getting pregnant is still low- remember you've been pumping yourself full of stuff for the past few months so that whole pregnancy thing doesn't happen.

I don't really think its necessary for you use emergency contraception at this particular time, but if you feel it necessary, then by all means. On another note, your fertile window can easily be determined. Check out this website, its very informative and I recommend to everyone that they track their body's workings.
