Hi there,
You have been here far too long to be leaving anyone a 1 for non-abuse. I hate to ban you over this, so I am going against policy and sending this friendly warning.
In case you forgot: NEVER leave a 1 without filing an abuse report on the answer you left it for. If it isn't worthy of an abuse report, it isn't worthy of a 1. Simple.
As for why people are losing patience... I don't know when it started, but it seems to me you started complaining about this person in the summer of last year. Just stop being her friend.
Take ALL of the advice that you have been given over all of these months and just do it. If you keep asking what amounts to the same question over and over again, people feel like you aren't listening. People get the hint that you will keep asking until they say what you want to hear, and that upsets people.
Remember the 99cent store woman? Case in point.
I will change your ratings, and I will not ban you this time. If it happens again, I will have no choice.

If you don't know the 99cent store woman just be grateful. She asked the same questions with slight variations over and over... and over. And she never took ANYONE's advice... she just kept right on asking. It drove everyone insane and became the number one topic in the admin forum. It took years to get rid of her. She came back under many names after each account was deleted. It was awful. You don't want to be our next 99cent woman, right? ;-)
