Is it normal for your tampon to fall out when your going pee? Mine always seems to. I don't think its a size problem. Maybe its because i'm squeezing it? But i'm not sure how to make it stop. Even if i take a short pee and it comes out a little bit, like say i'm at work, it just feels so annoying. So how can i make it stop? Or should i just change my tampon every time i go pee. (link)

It is NOT good to pee while you have a tampon in, You increase the chances of getting infections. UTI, Yeast Infections, Severe Inching and burning etc. I highly suggest you remove the tampon when going to the bathroom and inserting another one afterward.
