Hi there...
Sometimes after I exercise I am feeling dizzy. Is this because I could be dehydrated? Or because I've pushed myself too hard?

make sure you warm down after your work out. Example if you go for a run then stop and sit down without walking after the run then all the blood flow in your brain will go down to your feet causing you to feel dizzy and could make you faint...make sure you warm down after your exercise k!
