Why not just turn to him and say Wanna take a shower with me. if your normally shy why not surprise him im sure he'll be speechless and it will be a fun expirience for you to see how hee respondes.
if thats not your thing, then when you need/want to take a shower, regardless of whether he does or not. when he gets up to go to the bathroom or somthing whn he comes out push him back and lock the door lol
or Just keep hinting by tugging him to the shower and asking wanna?
i know i would like that lol but it really depends on how well you know him (Whether he will like it/ be comfortable with it etc)
