"Be soft. Do not let the world make you hard. Do not let the pain make you hate. Do not let the bitterness steal your sweetness. Take pride that even though the rest of the world may disagree, you still believe it to be a beautiful place."
I'm an optimist. I can find the beauty in anything. I'm creative. I love spontaneity, peace, & parties. I'm the farthest thing from shy. There's not one person on this earth that I don't care about. I like deep conversations, change, & random acts of kindness. Every emotion I feel is ten times as strong as yours. I have alot of empathy for other people. I'm real open minded & liberal. All I want to do is make at least one person's life a little easier. :D
advice
im so moody
its not even funny
what are the possible reasons?
how can i fix it?
help meeeeeeee thanks
Most likely it's just hormones or something. You're probably in your teens, so that's completely normal.
As for "fixing it", there's alot you can do. Make sure you exercise daily. It relieves stress, and if you're stressed out, that can DEFINITELY make you moody. If you're anxious, try going to a nutrition store near you and get something called Glycine. It's really good for anxiety/panic attacks + it's safe for anyone (it's used for alot of different things). If you feel sad, listen to some happy songs. Go out with friends, even though I know you might not feel like it or think it will help. If you think you're going to lose your temper or something, just leave the situation. Go up to your room, go outside, do whatever you have to do to get away. Within the hour, I'm sure you'll calm down.
But if you're stuck in the same mood (such as depression) for two weeks or more, that's definitely not just "normal mood swings". So if that's the case and these moods are extreme, then it could be something more serious (such as bipolar, etc). Most likely, you're just a normal teen feeling normal teen emotions.
Good luck! (:
