About Psycotheis

Life is full of hardships and though being as young as I am, I've dealt with a lot over my time. I'll admit, I've never had a death of a loved one, getting stung by a bee, had cancer, or died and revived so I can live to tell about it, I still have some know hows on how to deal with it all. I know things here and there that have nothing to do with anything but it helps in times of need. Its all a matter of paying attention and figuring out what could have, would have, or should have been done.
I can give great advice sometimes, buts a matter of fact that you can't just read it and go,"That's a great idea, I might do that..." Take into account that advice is only as good as the person who uses it, not the person who gives it...
The golden moments in the stream of life rush past us and we see nothing but sand; the angels come to visit us, and we only know them when they are gone.
George Eliot
English novelist (1819 - 1880)
Character is what God and the angels know of us; reputation is what men and women think of us.
Horace Mann
US educator (1796 - 1859)
Be not forgetful to entertain strangers, for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.
Hebrews 13:2
We are, each of us angels with only one wing; and we can only fly by embracing one another.
Luciano de Crescenzo
A man does not have to be an angel in order to be a saint.
Albert Schweitzer
French philosopher & physician (1875 - 1965)
God always has an angel of help for those who are willing to do their duty.

Hi! Thanks for taking the time to read this.
At my school, we have two Improv teams: a Junior team and a Senior team. I am on the Senior team, and run the Junior as well as the Senior team with my friend. We organize practices, competitions, T-shirts and workshops- it's a lot of work, but I love it! Both teams participate in the Canadian Improv Games (CIG).
Anyway, we are tired of doing similar warm-ups/Improv games during practices. Does anyone have any suggestions as to some games we could play in order to have fun and raise the team's skill level?
Please don't recommend the following, as we already play/practice/perform these:
-Pop Up Book
-BANG
-Whoosh Whoosh Whoa!
-Cat and Mouse
-Life Event
-Story Event
I would appreciate all suggestions!
There's a game in Theatre class we played, its called Put(pŭt) Put. You have two rows of people, all facing one direction. And you tell the first person in he front a sound that a vehicle makes, like put put. The person in front is to turn around say put put to the person behind them, and it goes down the line to the last person who says it four times to send it back up. The object of the game is to be the first to send several sounds back to the front first. Its meant to improve reaction time.
Charades is a simple improv game that anyone can do. Human Mirror, where two people partner up and one copies the motions of the other. Shadow is like Human Mirror, but one person actual does the improv while the other copy pantomimes behind them, like a shadow.

Thanks, those are good suggestions! I especially like the Put Put one; it's cute.
