advice

iv been working on my abdominals since i was little and now whenever i tense then i go light headed and dizzy i cant even keep a sense of reality when it happens anyone have any ideas what it is??

if you have dropped a lot of weight recently your body may not be used to the new change.
also if you are feeling light headed and dizzy, these are symptoms of low blood pressure, meaning you overdid the excersizing.

my advice is don't push yourself too much. don't go over your personal limit. i'm sure you'll still have wonderful abs, just make sure you are doing the excercises in a healthy way.
