Q: I am currently on Amoxicillan (very mild antibiotic) and i have to take it every eight hours. i took my last dose at 4:45 pm and now it is 12 midnight. is it alright for me to take it a little bit earlier??

I know it's a little late now, but for future reference, yes, it's fine. I was taking Amoxicilan a couple of weeks ago after my root canal, and I was terrible at taking it every eight hours. Even an hour or two won't make that much of a difference. Just be sure to spread them out enough. In other words, don't take two in five hours just because you forgot to take one earlier.
